广西建设领域农民工工资清欠工作情况调研分析——以南宁市为例

【摘要】：正农民工工资清欠工作,事关广大农民工群体合法权益和社会和谐稳定。其中,建筑领域是农民工从业的重点,也是发生农民工工资拖欠案件的"重灾区",为各级党委政府高度重视和社会高度关注。近年来,南宁市人力资源和社会保障局认真贯彻上级党委政府部署,积极采取有力措施,及时有效处置建筑领域等各类因欠薪引发的群体事件,全力做好农民工工资清欠工作,较好地维护了农民工合法权益和社会和谐稳定。
[Abstract]:Migrant workers pay arrears, the majority of migrant workers related to the legitimate rights and interests of the community and social harmony and stability. Among them, the construction field is the key point of the peasant workers' employment, and it is also the "disaster area" where the migrant workers' wages are defaulted, which is highly valued by the Party committees and governments at all levels and highly concerned by the society. In recent years, the Nanning Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security has conscientiously carried out the arrangements of the party committees and governments at the higher levels, taken active and effective measures to deal with all kinds of group incidents caused by unpaid wages in the construction field in a timely and effective manner, and made every effort to clear up the wages of migrant workers. Better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers and social harmony and stability.
