我国基本养老保险制度覆盖率地区差异性研究

【摘要】：面对人口老龄化的巨大压力,养老保险制度受到前所未有的关注。如何提高制度覆盖率,保证人人老有所养具有重要现实意义。本文基于全国31省2005-2014年的面板数据,根据东中西部三大经济地带划分,构建实证模型,探讨分析我国养老保险制度覆盖率的影响因素。实证结果表明:经济发展水平、劳动者报酬收入对制度覆盖率的提高具有明显的推动作用,而人口老化对其具有抑制作用。但各因素对不同地区覆盖率的影响存在显著的差异性。因此,应该根据不同地区的特点有针对性地推进扩大覆盖面工作。
[Abstract]:Facing the enormous pressure of aging population, the endowment insurance system has received unprecedented attention. How to improve the coverage of the system and ensure that everyone has a sense of security has important practical significance. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2014, according to the division of the three economic zones in the east, west and west, this paper constructs an empirical model to analyze the influencing factors of the coverage of the pension insurance system in China. The empirical results show that the level of economic development and the income of workers' remuneration play a significant role in promoting the increase of the system coverage, while the aging of the population has a restraining effect on it. However, there are significant differences in the influence of various factors on the coverage of different regions. Therefore, according to the characteristics of different regions, targeted expansion of coverage should be promoted.
