汽修专业数字化教育资源交流共享平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:中等职业教育是我国教育的重要组成部分,在高技能人才的培训、提高劳动者就业能力、普及高中阶段教育等方面,对培养高素质人才和技能型人才,促进我国转变经济发展方式、升级调整产业结构、改善民生以及提高参与国际合作与竞争的能力,都起到重要的作用。根据教育部、劳动和社会保障部等六部委联合公布的《紧缺人才报告》,目前国内汽车维修人才的需求量存在80万以上的缺口,因而加强对汽修人员的培训已经迫在眉睫,但不少中等职业学校毕业的汽修专业学生却无法胜任岗位要求,因此,发展汽修专业教育信息化水平,促进汽修专业数字化教育资源的共享,应用现代信息化教育技术进行汽修专业的教学改革,这是提高教育教学质量、实现高素质汽修人才培养目标的重要途径。当今,衡量一个国家或地区的教育信息化水平的重要标志主要体现在数字化教育资源的丰富性和对教育资源的有效利用率。但是,当前中职教育数字化建设还处于一种边缘化状态,数字化教育资源建设缺乏统筹规划,尤其是汽修教育资源良莠不齐,资源管理杂乱无章。数字资源的建设与发达的汽车工业极其不相符,无法适应我国职业教育的高速发展。因此,研究汽修专业数字化教学资源的建设和应用,通过先进的管理理论和信息化技术,构建新型的汽修专业教育资源交流共享平台,促进优质的汽修专业资源的交流和共享,具有重要的理论指导意义和实践应用价值。本文通过对目前国内外数字教育资源共享现状和广东省中职学校汽修专业教学资源的建设和应用的情况的调研,分析当前汽修专业数字化教育资源建设中存在的问题,从而进行平台建设的需求分析和可行性研究,明确平台的应用设计方向,确定平台构建的设计原则和目标,并进行平台框架结构的、功能模块和相应数据表的详细设计,最后完成平台系统的调试和测试运行。通过建设汽修专业的数字化教学资源共享平台,实现汽修技术信息的传递,教学资源的共享,促进教师间、师生间、汽车企业一线技术员工与学校之间的学习交流,实现各学校汽修教育资源的共享和管理,促进各校教学的优势互补,将对提升汽修专业教学的整体水平具有积极的促进作用。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of education in our country. In the aspects of training highly skilled talents, improving the employability of workers and popularizing senior high school education, it is necessary to train high quality talents and skilled talents. It plays an important role in promoting the transformation of economic development mode, upgrading and adjusting industrial structure, improving people's livelihood and enhancing the ability to participate in international cooperation and competition. According to the "report on shortage of talents" jointly released by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and other six ministries, there is currently a gap of more than 800000 in the domestic demand for auto maintenance personnel, so it is urgent to strengthen the training of auto repair personnel. However, many students who graduated from secondary vocational schools are unable to meet the job requirements. Therefore, to develop the information level of automobile repair education and to promote the sharing of digital education resources of automobile repair major, It is an important way to improve the quality of education and achieve the goal of cultivating high quality auto repair talents by applying modern information education technology to the teaching reform of auto repair specialty. Nowadays, the important symbol to measure the level of educational informatization in a country or region is mainly reflected in the richness of digital educational resources and the effective utilization of educational resources. However, at present, the digital construction of secondary vocational education is still in a state of marginalization. The construction of digital education resources is lack of overall planning, especially the good and bad resources of auto repair education are intermingled, and the resource management is chaotic. The construction of digital resources is extremely inconsistent with the developed automobile industry, and can not adapt to the rapid development of vocational education in China. Therefore, this paper studies the construction and application of digital teaching resources for automobile repair specialty, constructs a new platform for exchanging and sharing educational resources of automobile repair specialty through advanced management theory and information technology, and promotes the exchange and sharing of high quality professional resources for auto repair. It has important theoretical guiding significance and practical application value. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of digital education resources of automobile repair specialty by investigating the present situation of digital education resources sharing at home and abroad and the construction and application of teaching resources of automobile repair major in secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province. In order to carry out the needs analysis and feasibility study of the platform construction, make clear the application design direction of the platform, determine the design principle and goal of the platform construction, and carry on the detailed design of the platform frame structure, function module and corresponding data table. Finally, the debugging and testing of the platform system are completed. Through the construction of digital teaching resource sharing platform for automobile repair specialty, the transmission of technical information and the sharing of teaching resources are realized, and the learning exchange between teachers, teachers and students, and between technical staff and schools in automobile enterprises is promoted. To realize the sharing and management of the educational resources of automobile repair in all schools and to promote the complementary advantages of each school's teaching will play an active role in promoting the overall level of the teaching of automobile repair.
