留守老人权益保护路径构建

【摘要】：正随着社会的发展,在农村逐渐产生了一个特殊群体"留守老人",他们在身体、知识、技能等方面处于极端弱势。同样,在经济发展相对于农村较好的城市,也产生了实际上与农村"留守老人"类似的群体"空巢老人",或被称为"城市留守老人"。有些进城的老人在城市里继续留守,成了"新留守老人"。本文综述留守老人问题及产生的原因,并提出应对策略。1留守老人问题的产生1.1留守老人及相关概念一直以来,留守老人问题是我国
[Abstract]:With the development of society, a special group of "left-behind elderly" has gradually emerged in the countryside, and they are in extreme weakness in body, knowledge, skills and so on.
