农民工社区融入的壁垒及突破路径

【摘要】：城市社区作为城市社会的缩影,为农民工提供了具体的生活场域,因此,农民工的社区融入很大程度上反映了其城市融入的状况。然而,当前社区分治模式的存在、社区交往圈的封闭以及社区利益表达机制的不健全,不同程度地制约了农民工群体社区融入的步伐,从而影响了其城市融入的进程。为此,应创新社区治理模式,完善社区内交往互动机制,健全社区利益表达机制,以尽快消除农民工社区融入的诸多壁垒。
[Abstract]:As a microcosm of urban society, urban community provides a specific living field for migrant workers. Therefore, the community integration of migrant workers reflects the situation of urban integration to a large extent. However, the existence of the current community partition model, the closure of the community communication circle and the imperfect expression mechanism of community interests restrict the pace of community integration of migrant workers to varying degrees, thus affecting the process of urban integration. Therefore, we should innovate the community governance model, improve the communication and interaction mechanism within the community, and improve the community interest expression mechanism, so as to eliminate many barriers to the integration of migrant workers into the community as soon as possible.
