收入结构视角下泉州市农民增收问题研究

【摘要】：农业是经济发展和社会稳定的基石,而增加农民收入是关系国民经济健康发展的战略措施。对当前农民收入结构进行分析和优化研究,是建设社会主义新农村的核心目标和重要使命,对于维护社会稳定,全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会都具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以收入结构视角下泉州市农民增收问题研究,以泉州市国家农村固定观察点的实证分析为基础,提出制约农民收入增长的结构性原因,通过了解、分析农户的收入结构变化以及农民收入增长的特点,从而探索促进农民增收的创新方式,以期对增加农民收入有所帮助。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分绪论,介绍了选题的背景、意义,相关研究情况,文章的思路、方法及创新点。第二部分基本概念界定,从农民收入、农民增收、农民收入结构的组成三个方面探讨了农民增收的理论基础。第三部分泉州市国家农村固定观察的实证分析,采集2012年到2015年泉州市国家农村固定观察点各项统计数据,分析了农民收入的来源、增收的潜力,以及收入增长的趋势等情况。第四部分通过将泉州国家农村固定观察点与厦门、漳州的国家农村固定观察点做横向对比,并进行分析,从而得知泉州市国家农村固定观察点的农户收入水平在闽南金三角地区所处位置。此外,通过与其它两市观察点农户收入结构的对比,了解泉州农户收入结构存在的优劣,从而得以更好的为泉州市改善农户收入结构,实现农户增收提出对策建议。第五部分,分析制约农民收入增长的结构性因素,从家庭经营性因素、工资性因素、财产性和转移性因素出发,分析探讨制约农民收入增长的原因。第六部分政策建议,以上述问题为导向,提出加快土地流转、重塑二元结构、加强社会保障和推动科技创新等建议,希望从这些方面理顺体制机制,改善房展面貌,增强农业、农村、农民的软硬实力,真正促进农民收入得到增长。第七部分结论与展望。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the cornerstone of economic development and social stability, and increasing farmers' income is a strategic measure related to the healthy development of the national economy. The analysis and optimization of farmers' income structure is the core goal and important mission of building a new socialist countryside. It is of great practical significance to maintain social stability, build a well-off society in an all-round way and build a harmonious society. From the perspective of income structure, this paper studies the problem of increasing farmers' income from the perspective of income structure, and based on the empirical analysis of the fixed observation points in rural areas of Quanzhou City, puts forward the structural reasons that restrict the growth of farmers' income, and through understanding, analyzes the changes of farmers' income structure and the characteristics of farmers' income growth, so as to explore the innovative ways to promote farmers' income increase, so as to be helpful to increasing farmers' income. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background, significance, related research, ideas, methods and innovations of the topic. The second part defines the basic concept and probes into the theoretical basis of farmers' income from three aspects: farmers' income, farmers' income increase and the composition of farmers' income structure. In the third part, the empirical analysis of Quanzhou national rural fixed observation is carried out, and the statistical data of Quanzhou national rural fixed observation point from 2012 to 2015 are collected, and the source of farmers' income, the potential of increasing income and the trend of income growth are analyzed. The fourth part compares Quanzhou national rural fixed observation point with Xiamen and Zhangzhou's national rural fixed observation point, and analyzes it, so as to find out the position of farmers' income level of Quanzhou national rural fixed observation point in the Golden Triangle area of southern Fujian. In addition, through the comparison with the income structure of farmers in the other two cities, the advantages and disadvantages of the income structure of farmers in Quanzhou can be understood, so that the countermeasures and suggestions can be put forward for Quanzhou to improve the income structure of farmers and realize the increase of farmers' income. The fifth part analyzes the structural factors that restrict the growth of farmers' income, and analyzes and discusses the reasons that restrict the growth of farmers' income from the factors of family management, wages, property and transfer. The sixth part of the policy suggestion, guided by the above problems, puts forward some suggestions, such as speeding up the land circulation, reshaping the dual structure, strengthening social security and promoting scientific and technological innovation, hoping to straighten out the institutional mechanism from these aspects, improve the appearance of housing exhibition, strengthen the soft and hard power of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and truly promote the growth of farmers' income. The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.
