福州市残疾人无障碍出行的障碍研究

【摘要】：残疾人作为一种生理性与社会性弱势群体,在出行社会的过程中往往存在诸多的障碍。在福州,无障碍出行的需要仍是绝大多数残疾人最为基础和迫切的需要。以何种形式满足残疾人无障碍出行的需要,这是社会工作专业需要关注的。为此,本文首先对残疾人在无障碍设施使用上的需求作了必要的梳理与评估,然后再通过实地考察、入户探访等研究方法探究了目前福州市的无障碍设施建设与管理状况和残疾人的使用情况,并对其中存在的相关问题进行了原因分析。最后,本文从社会工作专业角度提出了自己的建议,即福州市残疾人无障碍出行之所以障碍重重,归根结底是因为大多数残疾人缺乏所需要的能力与资源,导致他们在无障碍设施使用上的诸多障碍无法彻底消除。因而需要社会工作者为其构建一个庞大的社会支持网络体系,为他们尽可能地争取各种正式与非正式的资源,并在社会网络构建过程中运用相关的社会工作理论与方法进行专业的介入,协助他们激发内在的动力,挖掘自身的潜能,获得自我发展,从而真正实现残疾人的无障碍出行。
[Abstract]:As a physiologically and socially disadvantaged group, the disabled often have many obstacles in the process of travel. In Fuzhou, the need for accessibility is still the most fundamental and urgent need for the overwhelming majority of the disabled. What kind of form to meet the needs of accessibility for the disabled is a major concern in social work. Therefore, this paper firstly combs the disabled and evaluation necessary in the use of barrier free facilities on demand, and then through field visits, home visits and other research methods to explore the Fuzhou city construction and management of non barrier facilities and disabled use case, and the related problems are analyzed. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions from the perspective of social work, Fuzhou city for the disabled travel are the obstacles, after all is because most of the disabled people lack the ability and resources needed, because they can not completely eliminate the cause of barrier free facilities use many obstacles. The need of social workers to build a huge network of social support system, as they strive for a variety of formal and informal resources, and in the social network construction process using the related theories and methods of social work professional intervention, help them stimulate intrinsic motivation, tap their own potential, self development the disabled, so as to realize barrier free travel.
