【摘要】:跨文化商务谈判就是跨文化商务沟通,它是两个或两个以上不同文化背景的谈判方进行交流和沟通的过程,在谈判过程中双方为了达到意见统一而进行协调、沟通。因此,为了在中美跨文化商务谈判中占据主动地位,,取得成功,就必须了解中美两国之间的文化差异,从而减少或者避免在跨文化商务谈判过程中出现误解和摩擦,避免跨文化商务谈判的失败。 本文共分为四个部分,第一部分为绪论。第二部分介绍中美文化差异,并且用实际案例来辅助说明。第三部分运用实际案例来说明中美文化差异对跨文化商务谈判造成的影响。第四部分为针对中美文化差异,提出在跨文化商务谈判中应该采取的措施。第五部分为全文总结。
[Abstract]:Cross culture is the cross-cultural communication, it is the process of exchange and communication of two or more than two different cultural backgrounds of the negotiating parties in the negotiation process, both in order to reach consensus and conduct coordination and communication. Therefore, in order to occupy the active position, cross-cultural business negotiations in the success of it must understand the cultural differences between the two countries, to avoid misunderstanding and friction in cross-cultural business negotiation process to reduce or avoid cross-cultural business negotiations fail.
This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is introduction. The second part introduces the cultural differences between China and America, and with a real case to illustrate. The third part uses the actual case to illustrate the influence of cultural differences on cross-cultural business negotiation. The fourth part is the cause for his differences, we should take in cross cultural business negotiation the measures. The fifth part is the summary of the paper.
