【摘要】：正伴随着经济30多年的高速增长,中国城市化也经历了一个起点低、速度快的发展过程。然则权力支配、利益驱动、思维定势之下的城市开发,成就斐然,问题亦不绝,诸如城市蔓延所致农地大量被侵、环境瓶颈频现。不仅如此,在新型城镇化、经济新常态与"十三五"背景下,中国城市正在经受双重拷问:一方是土地消耗远超过人口进城的"假性城市化",一方是遭遇人口收缩新态的"规划森林"。中国城市开发,
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of more than 30 years, China's urbanization has also experienced a low starting point, rapid development process, but power control, interest driven, under the fixed thinking of urban development, the achievements have been remarkable.
