农民工工作满意度及其影响因素的差异分析

【摘要】:基于补偿性工资差异理论,以及802份问卷调查数据,分析了农民工工作满意度及其影响因素的差异。结果表明:不同档次的工资水平对不同代际、性别、行业的农民工工作满意度的影响存在差异;年龄越大的农民工对工作保障满意度越高;男性农民工对工作总体满意度和工作保障满意度比女性更低;已婚农民工对工作条件、工作报酬以及总体满意度比未婚农民工更高;文化程度越高的农民工,其工作满意度越低;行业特征对农民工工作满意度有显著影响,国有企业或集体企业、合资或外资企业的农民工工作满意度比个体私营企业的农民工更高。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of compensating wage differentials, and 802 copies of the questionnaire survey data, analysis of migrant workers job satisfaction and its influencing factors. The results showed that the gender differences of different grades of the wage level of different generations, there are differences, the industry's impact on migrant workers job satisfaction; the older migrant workers on job security higher satisfaction of male migrant workers to work; the overall satisfaction and job security satisfaction are lower than females; married to migrant workers working conditions, work remuneration and overall satisfaction higher than unmarried migrant workers; the higher level of education of migrant workers, the job satisfaction is lower; the characteristics of the industry has a significant influence on the job satisfaction of migrant workers, state-owned enterprises or collective enterprises, joint venture or foreign enterprises migrant workers job satisfaction higher than private enterprises migrant workers.
