群体性突发事件演化机理研究

【摘要】：目前我国正处在剧烈的社会转型期,经济在高速发展的同时,经济发展不平衡和经济体制改革遗留下来的一系列问题没有得到根本解决。政治体制改革步履维艰,现有的政治管理体制已不能完全适应社会发展的需要。社会阶层日益分化,不同社会阶层、利益集团的利益诉求趋异。可以说当前我国既处于经济发展的关键时期,又是社会矛盾的凸显期。一方面旧有结构、体制改革遗留下来的矛盾没有及时解决,另一方面新形势下涌现的矛盾也愈演愈烈。社会矛盾的涌现导致最近几年以来群体性突发事件数量迅速增加,规模不断扩大,对抗程度提高,已严重影响我国社会稳定。因此群体性突发事件的预防、处置对于我国建设和谐社会有着至关重要的意义。群体性突发事件的演化机理又为我们预防、处置群体性突发事件提供依据,因而也具有重大的理论现实意义。本文在回顾学术界关于群体性突发事件研究成果基础上,提出本文的研究内容、主要思路、研究目的和意义。利用社会冲突理论、群体心理理论、情景分析理论、社会燃烧理论,针对群体性突发事件的利益要素、心理要素、环境要素、促发要素,从综合集成的角度,从内因积聚、外部促发、内外因素耦合等视角提出本文的研究框架,分析瓮安事件、孟连事件、万州事件、池州事件、广安事件、响水事件等典型案例演化过程,并对六个典型案例进行初步分析。通过分析可以发现这六个群体性突发事件典型案例的发生、演化过程中有很多共同点。通过这些共同点我们可以发现群体性突发事件的一些规律,这都是群体性突发事件演化机理的一部分。在此基础上,利用前文所提的理论工具、视角,从背景、内部动力、外部引爆、关系结构、动态演化轨迹、演化周期等方面研究群体性突发事件演化机理。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in a violent social transition period. While the economy is developing at a high speed, the imbalance in economic development and a series of problems left over by the economic system reform have not been fundamentally resolved. The existing political management system can no longer fully meet the needs of social development. The social strata are increasingly divided, and the interests of different social strata and interest groups tend to differ. It can be said that China is now in a critical period of economic development. On the one hand, the contradictions left over from the old structure and the system reform have not been resolved in time. On the other hand, the contradictions emerging under the new situation are also intensified. The emergence of social contradictions has led to the rapid increase in the number of mass emergencies in recent years, the continuous expansion of the scale, and the increase in the degree of confrontation. Therefore, the prevention and disposal of mass emergencies is of great importance to the construction of a harmonious society in China. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to deal with group emergencies. On the basis of reviewing the research results of mass emergencies in academic circles, this paper puts forward the research contents, main ideas, purpose and significance of this paper, and makes use of the theory of social conflict, the theory of group psychology, the theory of situational analysis, the theory of social conflict and the theory of situation analysis. Based on the theory of social combustion, this paper puts forward the research framework of this paper from the angle of comprehensive integration, from the perspective of internal cause accumulation, external promotion and coupling of internal and external factors, aiming at the benefit factors, psychological factors, environmental factors and promoting factors of mass emergencies. Analyzing the evolution process of typical cases such as Weng'an incident, Menglian incident, Wanzhou incident, Chizhou incident, Guangan incident, Xiangshui incident, etc. Through the analysis, we can find out the occurrence of these six typical cases of group emergencies. There are many common points in the evolution process. Through these common points, we can find some laws of group emergencies, which are all part of the evolution mechanism of group emergencies. On this basis, using the theoretical tools mentioned above, From the perspective of background, internal power, external detonation, relationship structure, dynamic evolution trajectory, evolution cycle and so on, the evolution mechanism of group emergencies is studied.
