对社科院智库建设的重新审视

【摘要】：思想库和智囊团,即智库。加强社科院智库建设,是适应国际国内新形势的客观要求;是促进我国经济社会发展的迫切需要;是建设社会主义和谐社会的必然选择;是建立健全科研体制机制的有效途径。近年来,社科院强化了智库建设的前沿性,使科研成果和效益迈上了新台阶。但是,也存在不少的问题,影响了社科院智库建设的步伐。因此,必须采取一些行之有效的措施,充分发挥社会要素的功能和作用,完善社科院智库的体制机制,促进社科院又好又快发展。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of the think-tank of the Academy of Social Sciences is the objective requirement to adapt to the new situation at home and abroad, the urgent need to promote the economic and social development of our country, the inevitable choice of building a harmonious socialist society, the strengthening of the think-tank and the think-tank, the think-tank, the think-tank and the think-tank. It is an effective way to establish and improve the scientific research system and mechanism. In recent years, the Academy of Social Sciences has strengthened the vanguard nature of the building of think tanks, which has raised the achievements and benefits of scientific research to a new level. However, there are still many problems. Therefore, some effective measures must be taken to give full play to the function and function of social elements, to perfect the institutional mechanism of the think-tank of the Academy of Social Sciences, and to promote the sound and rapid development of the Academy of Social Sciences.
