叙事研究与青少年社会工作理论本土化建构

【摘要】：叙事研究是认识、理解人类经验的一种方法。知识观的转型带来了社会工作研究方法的新取向,引入社会工作领域就成为了历史的必然。叙事研究是青少年社会工作理论本土化建构的有效途径,叙事研究与青少年社会工作研究方法和技巧高度契合,有利于积累本土化青少年社会工作实务知识。叙事研究运用于青少年社会工作实务中,能够有效评估服务对象的真实需求,开发青少年弱势群体的能力,厘清影响青少年成长的社会性因素,丰富青少年社会工作实习教学的理论。
[Abstract]:Narrative research is a method of understanding and understanding human experience. The transformation of knowledge view has brought about a new orientation of social work research methods. The introduction of social work has become a historical necessity. Narrative research is an effective way for the localization and construction of the theory of youth social work. The narrative research and the research methods and techniques of youth social work are highly consistent with each other. Narrative research can effectively evaluate the real needs of the clients and develop the ability of the disadvantaged groups. Clarify the social factors affecting the growth of teenagers, enrich the theory of social work practice teaching.
