个人收入、家庭资产与农村居民幸福感——基于CGSS2013的实证研究

【摘要】：本文以2013年中国综合社会调查(CGSS2013)数据为研究基础,以农村居民为研究对象,利用多元有序Probit模型(Ordered Probit)从个人收入和家庭资产两个角度对中国农村居民幸福感的影响进行研究。研究表明:在个人收入方面,农村居民个人绝对收入对幸福感不存在显著影响,但相对收入的高低对农村居民幸福感存在显著影响;在家庭资产方面,拥有住房、汽车等家庭资产能够显著提高农村居民幸福感。在所得研究结论的基础上,提出重视农村地区居民收入差距,扩大购房购车补贴覆盖面等政策建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 2013 China Comprehensive Social Survey (CGSS2013), this paper takes rural residents as the research objects. The effects of personal income and family assets on the well-being of Chinese rural residents are studied by using ordered Probit model. The results show that: in terms of personal income, The absolute income of rural residents has no significant effect on their well-being, but the relative income has a significant effect on the well-being of rural residents. Family assets such as automobile can significantly improve the well-being of rural residents. On the basis of the results of the research, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as paying attention to the income gap of rural residents and expanding the coverage of subsidies for buying houses and cars.
