大学生弱势群体救助的学校个案工作研究

【摘要】:中国正处于转型时期,在高校教育体制改革和高校不断扩招的影响下,大学生弱势群体问题不断凸显。高校大学生弱势群体问题对于高校的发展、和谐校园的构建以及和谐社会的构建都有重大的影响。大学生弱势群体问题受到了各方面的关注,而传统的救助大学生弱势群体的理念与方式已经不能满足大学生弱势群体的需求,于是需要引入新的专业的救助大学生弱势群体的理念与方式。 本文从学校个案工作的专业视角出发,对大学生弱势群体的救助进行研究。本文一共分为六章。第一章是导论,主要分析问题的来源与意义,对国内外关于大学生弱势群体的相关研究进行梳理,以及阐述研究设计和本研究的创新点。第二章是理论基础,主要是核心概念的界定与相关理论的论述,为下文具体的实践操作提供理论准备。第三章是对大学生弱势群体的现状进行分析,分析大学生弱势群体所表现出来的一般问题,并将大学生弱势群体的类型分为大学生心理弱势群体、学业弱势群体、就业弱势群体、经济弱势群体这四类,而大学生弱势群体形成的原因主要从他们自身、家庭、学校、社会这四个方面进行分析。第四章介绍了学校个案工作救助大学生弱势群体的一般工作过程和技巧。学校个案工作的介入过程可以分为以下几个阶段:接案与建立关系、收集资料与问题评估、制定目标和工作计划、开展服务、结案与评估。第五章是进行具体的实践操作,即运用学校个案工作的理念与方法、过程与技巧针对不同类型的大学生弱势群体进行具体的个案救助。最后一章分析学校个案工作救助大学生弱势群体的优势与不足。虽然运用学校个案工作救助大学生弱势群体时存在一定的局限性,但是学校个案工作救助大学生弱势群体有其适用性与有效性,值得发展与推广。
[Abstract]:China is in a period of transition. Under the influence of the reform of university education system and the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, the problem of underprivileged groups of college students is becoming more and more prominent. The construction of harmonious campus and the construction of harmonious society have great influence. However, the traditional idea and method of rescuing the disadvantaged groups of college students can not meet the needs of the vulnerable groups of college students, so it is necessary to introduce new professional ideas and ways to help the vulnerable groups of college students. From the professional perspective of school case work, this paper studies the relief of the vulnerable groups of college students. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly analyzes the source and significance of the problem. The second chapter is the theoretical basis, mainly the definition of the core concepts and the discussion of related theories. The third chapter is to analyze the current situation of the disadvantaged groups of college students, and analyze the general problems of the disadvantaged groups of college students. And the types of vulnerable groups of college students are divided into four categories: psychological vulnerable group, academic vulnerable group, employment vulnerable group and economic vulnerable group. The causes of the formation of the vulnerable group of college students are mainly from their own, family and school. Chapter 4th introduces the general working process and skills of the school case work to help the disadvantaged group of college students. The intervention process of the school case work can be divided into the following stages: accepting the case and establishing the relationship. Collect data and problem assessment, formulate goals and work plans, develop services, close cases and evaluate. Chapter 5th is to carry out specific practical operations, that is, the use of school case work concepts and methods, The last chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of school case work in helping the disadvantaged groups of college students. There are some limitations in the disadvantaged groups of students. But the school case work has its applicability and effectiveness to help the disadvantaged groups of college students, and it is worth developing and popularizing.
