谈中国人的“面子”

【摘要】：“面子”在中国社会中具有极其重要的地位。从古至今,它根深蒂固地存在于每个中国人的思想中,几乎是无所不在地影响着中国人的言行举止、社会交往等。“面子”观念不独存在于中国,但却在中国表现得尤为明显,以至于研究中国文化的人都把它当做打开中国人主要性格特质的暗码箱的钥匙。“面子”的这种特殊地位引起了国内外学者的广泛关注,他们纷纷开始了对于“面子”文化的研究,然而迄今为止对于“面子是什么”这一问题,学术界仍然没有统一的定论。本文旨在通过对中国人“面子”观念的理论基础、分类表现、文化根源、社会作用等方面的分析,使人们更加了解中国人的性格结构以及社会行为,从而在跨文化交际中避免不必要的误会。
[Abstract]:"face" plays an extremely important role in Chinese society. From ancient to present, it is deeply rooted in the thoughts of every Chinese, and it affects the behavior of Chinese people almost everywhere. The concept of "face" not only exists in China, but is particularly evident in China. So that people who study Chinese culture regard it as the key to opening up the key to the key to the main character traits of the Chinese people. The special status of "face" has attracted extensive attention from scholars both at home and abroad. They have begun to study the culture of "face" one after another, but so far, there is still no unified conclusion on the question of "what face is". This paper aims at the theoretical basis of the concept of "face" in Chinese. The analysis of classification, cultural origin and social function makes people understand the Chinese character structure and social behavior better, thus avoiding unnecessary misunderstanding in cross-cultural communication.
