【摘要】：习近平在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上关于繁荣发展哲学社会科学的讲话不是一般的学理陈述,而是对新形势下我国哲学社会科学发展规律进行探索的理论总结,是具有强烈问题意识、面向哲学社会科学发展实际的科学行动指南。它的理论特质要求我们对其进行恰当而深入的学习和阐释,必须整合规范性思维与实践性思维,找到连接理论与实践的社会支撑,使精神倡导成功实现向贯彻精神、落实讲话的转换。社会工程思维满足了这种解读的需要,它启示我们发现了习近平讲话所揭示的我国哲学社会科学发展的五条重要规律、繁荣哲学社会科学事业的政策谋划、未来一个时期哲学社会科学发展的目标指向。
