不同教育程度的上海八零后职工的职业价值观比较研究

【摘要】:个体的职业价值观对于其职业的选择起着举足轻重的作用。近年来越来越多的国内外学者将其学术研究焦点投射到职业价值观的研究上。通过总结国内外关于职业价值观的相关研究,笔者发现国内探讨教育因素对于职业价值观的影响的研究较少,同时大部分的研究对象都是在校学生(尤其是大学生)而非社会工作人士。因此笔者决定以在上海已经参加工作的八零后为研究群体,重点将高中及以下和专职专科等教育程度的职工纳入考察范围,探究其教育程度的不同是否会导致职业价值观的差异。一方面旨在对不同教育程度的上海八零后的职业价值观有个整体的了解并作进一步比较,,另一方面期许该研究能够略微地丰富和充实国内关于职业价值观的本土研究。 本文使用宁维卫(1996)修订过的美国心理学家Donald Super的职业价值观量表,采用定量分析的研究方法,对在沪上工作的196名不同教育程度的(高中及以下、专职专科、本科、研究生及以上)八零后职工进行调查,得到研究成果简要如下: 1)根据本土文化和社会发展调整过后的职业价值观量表信度良好,说明该量表同样适用于上海的八零后职工群体; 2)上海八零后职工对于15个职业价值纬度的整体重视程度较高,其中最为重视的是:生活方式、成就、与领导的关系、同事关系、智力激发和声誉,最不重视的是:工作环境、变动性、美感、安定性和管理;在开放式问题中提到最多的三个重要因素是:个人发展、薪资待遇和兴趣特长;少于50%的人清楚地知道自己的理想职业并正在为之努力奋斗; 3)在15个职业价值纬度的等级排列上,大学毕业生(本科、研究生及以上)和非大学毕业生(高中及以下、专职专科)表现出较高的一致性;但是对某些职业价值观的重视程度有一定的差异性,在生活方式、变动性、成就、安定性、声誉、经济报酬和与领导的关系这七个方面,大学毕业生都比非大学毕业生更为重视;硕士及以上教育水平的职工比本科的更看重管理,专职专科毕业的比高中及以下毕业的职工更看重变动性; 4)除了教育之外的其他因素,诸如性别、出生年份、工作年限和企业性质,对个体的职业价值观也有着或多或少的影响。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more scholars at home and abroad project their academic research focus to the study of professional values. Research on Industrial values, The author found that there are few researches on the influence of educational factors on vocational values in China. At the same time, most of the subjects of the study were students (especially college students) rather than social workers. Therefore, the author decided to take the post-80s who had already worked in Shanghai as the research group. Focusing on bringing into the scope of inspection the staff and workers with a high school education level or below, as well as a full-time college, On the one hand, the purpose of this study is to have a comprehensive understanding of and further compare the professional values of post-80s Shanghai with different levels of education. On the other hand, it is expected that the study can enrich and enrich the local research on professional values. Using the professional values scale of Donald Super, an American psychologist, which was revised by Ning Weiwei in 1996, and using quantitative analysis, this paper studied 196 people working in Shanghai with different levels of education (high school and below, specialized college, undergraduate). Graduate students and above) staff and workers after 80 to carry out the survey, the results of the research are summarized as follows:. 1) according to the adjustment of local culture and social development, the reliability of vocational values scale is good, which indicates that the scale is also applicable to the post-80s workers in Shanghai; 2) the staff and workers of post 80s in Shanghai attach great importance to 15 professional value latitudes, among which, the most important ones are lifestyle, achievements, relationship with leaders, colleagues' relationship, intellectual stimulation and reputation, and the least important is the working environment. Variability, beauty, stability and management; the three most important factors mentioned in open issues are: personal development, salary and interest, and less than 50% people are well aware of their ideal career and are struggling for it; 3) on the rank arrangement of 15 professional value latitudes, university graduates (undergraduate, graduate students and above) and non-university graduates (senior high school and below, professional specialty) showed high consistency; However, there are certain differences in the degree of attention to certain professional values, in the seven aspects of lifestyle, variability, achievement, stability, reputation, financial reward and relationship with leadership. College graduates attach more importance to management than non-college graduates, and those with master's or higher education pay more attention to management than those with undergraduate education, and those who graduate from specialized specialties pay more attention to variability than those who graduate from high schools and below. (4) factors other than education, such as sex, year of birth, length of work and nature of the business, also have more or less an impact on the professional values of the individual.
