延边朝鲜族贫困家庭生活样态研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国的扶贫开发工作取得了举世瞩目的成就,世界银行统计结果显示,迄今我国已减少6.6亿贫困人口,国际社会公认这是人类减贫史上的"中国奇迹"。但是由于历史的和自然的原因,我国地区与地区之间和各个地区内部的经济发展很不平衡,西部和中、东部经济发展水平差别较大,特别是少数民族贫困地区的经济发展比较缓慢,家庭贫困局面的改善仍然是一大需要不断持续解决的难题。朝鲜族是延边地区的主要民族,延边地区是中国最大的朝鲜族聚居区,我国朝鲜族总人口的43%左右居住在延边。新中国成立以后,特别是改革开放以后,朝鲜族社会的经济发展,已然进入了现代社会。伴随着国家大力推进的城镇化和现代化进程,延边朝鲜族人民的生活方式和生产关系发生了很大的改变。虽然延边州的城市化水平从形式上看排在全国前列,但是缺乏一定的经济内涵和底蕴。迄今为止延边州朝鲜族人民已经形成了三、二、一的产业结构,在第一产业停滞不前,工业化尚未完成的情况下,离开次级产业的充分发展和绝对增长去盲目的追求第三产业过快发展,缺乏基础经济的有力支撑,仍然存在很严重的城市贫困问题。本研究将以家庭贫困问题为背景,重点以延吉市为例,采用问卷调查和深入访谈的研究方法,探究延吉市朝鲜族贫困家庭的生活现状、特征及成因。深入分析问题存在的根源,对客观事实进行描述。本研究共分四个章节进行论述。第一章绪论集中说明了研究贫困家庭的背景,指出了研究延吉市朝鲜族贫困家庭的目的与意义,概括了研究城市贫困家庭问题的相关概念和理论。第二章对所选取的调查对象进行了描述,阐述基本情况并对生存现状进行分析。第三章对朝鲜族贫困家庭的特征和致贫因素进行分析。第四章为解决城市贫困问题提出的几点对策和建议。最后,对本论文进行总结概述。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's poverty alleviation and development work has made remarkable achievements. The World Bank statistics show that China has reduced the number of people living in poverty by 660 million so far. The international community has recognized this as the "Chinese miracle" in the history of human poverty reduction. However, due to historical and natural reasons, the economic development between and within China's regions is very uneven. The level of economic development in the east is quite different, especially in the poverty-stricken areas of ethnic minorities, where economic development is relatively slow, and the improvement of the situation of family poverty is still a difficult problem that needs to be solved continuously. The Korean nationality is the main ethnic group in Yanbian region. Yanbian area is the largest Korean nationality concentrated area in China. About 43% of the total Korean population of our country live in Yanbian. After the founding of New China, especially after the reform and opening up, the economic development of Korean society. Has entered the modern society. Along with the country vigorously promote the urbanization and modernization process, The way of life and relations of production of the Korean people in Yanbian have been greatly changed. Although the urbanization level of Yanbian prefecture is in the forefront of the whole country in form, However, there is a lack of certain economic connotations and details. Up to now, the Korean people in Yanbian Prefecture have formed three, two, one industrial structure. When the primary industry stagnates and industrialization has not yet been completed, Without the full development of secondary industry and absolute growth to blindly pursue the rapid development of the tertiary industry, lack of the support of the basic economy, there is still a very serious urban poverty problem. This study will take the family poverty as the background. Taking Yanji city as an example, this paper studies the living conditions, characteristics and causes of poor Korean families in Yanji City by means of questionnaire and in-depth interviews. This research is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the background of the study of poor families, and points out the purpose and significance of studying the poor families of Korean nationality in Yanji. This paper summarizes the related concepts and theories of the study of urban poor families. Chapter two describes the selected objects of investigation. The third chapter analyzes the characteristics of Korean poor families and the factors that lead to poverty. Chapter 4th puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of urban poverty. This paper is summarized and summarized.
