【摘要】:正近年来,由于党和国家对公务员男女性别平衡的重视,女性参与国家及地方公共事务管理的人数不断增加,女性公务员在全国公务员中所占的比例越来越大。然而,由于种种原因,女性公务员在工作当中呈现出的工作状态却日渐消极,对其自身、同事、单位工作氛围以及政府工作面貌等都有着不同程度的影响。因此,如何激发女性公务员的工作积极性,成了当下各级党政机关
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the importance attached by the Party and the state to the gender balance of civil servants, the number of women participating in the management of national and local public affairs has been increasing, and the proportion of female civil servants in the national civil service has been increasing. For a variety of reasons, female civil servants are becoming increasingly passive in their work, which has a different degree of influence on themselves, colleagues, the working atmosphere of the unit and the face of the government.
