“学困生”在校表现的个案调查与介入策略

【摘要】:“学困生”是制约教育教学质量全面提高的“瓶颈”,转化“学困生”,关爱“学困生”成为我们探讨的热点话题。本文通过对合肥市两所学校的调查,切身感受“学困生”这样一个群体在学校里的生活状况后认识到“学困生”的出现主要是个人、家庭、学校、社会等共同影响下的结果。针对“学困生”出现的原因我也从学生自身、家庭以及学校三个方面给出了一些建议,希望为全面推荐素质教育做出自己的一份贡献。本文采用的研究方法有访谈法、问卷法和观察法。
[Abstract]:"students with learning difficulties" is the "bottleneck" that restricts the overall improvement of the quality of education and teaching. Transforming "students with learning difficulties" and caring for "students with learning difficulties" has become a hot topic for us to discuss. This paper makes a survey of two schools in Hefei. Having personally felt the living conditions of such a group of "students with learning difficulties" in school, they realized that the emergence of "students with learning difficulties" was mainly personal, family, and school. In view of the reasons for the emergence of "students with learning difficulties", I have also given some suggestions from three aspects: students themselves, families and schools. The author hopes to make a contribution to the overall recommendation of quality education. The research methods used in this paper are interview, questionnaire and observation.
