社会工作视角下的“蚁族”去弱势研究

【摘要】：“蚁族”是我们国家新出现的“第四大弱势群体”，这一群体产生的社会背景就是社会转型。作为弱势群体，他们具备弱势群体的一些共性，但也有其自身的特性。本研究主要从经济、政治、文化三个维度重点探讨和分析蚁族弱势地位的表现，分析他们作为弱势群体的现实处境。从利益角度上看“蚁族”，，经济上的窘迫无疑是他们面临的首要问题，就他们自身实力而言，他们目前是无法做到融入城市的，他们被排斥在城市带体系之外。因此，他们的声音也就是被忽略的，他们在政治上是无权的。经济窘迫和政治上的无权还不是“蚁族”最大的困惑，对这一群体而言，最大的威胁是找不到自我，不知道自己的价值在哪。在窘迫的生活状况面前，“蚁族”自信心的低落会让他们从心理的角度否定自我，从而使自己处于更加弱势的地位。因此，除了经济和政治的关注外，探索文化的因素也是本研究的重点。在具体研究方式上，本研究主要采取定性研究的范式进行，所使用的研究方法也主要是定性的研究方法，包括个案研究和参与式观察法。但是，本研究也不排斥量化研究，在具体的研究过程中定性和定量是结合起来运用的。在具体的行文上，本文首先对目前学术界对这一群体的研究状况进行了回顾；随后探讨造成“蚁族”弱势地位的时代背景，进而从经济、政治、文化三个维度探讨和分析“蚁族”弱势地位的表现；并尝试从社会工作的角度，着重探讨社会工作如何帮助蚁族去弱势的具体方法。但是，社会工作在帮助“蚁族”去弱势方面也有其局限性，综合各方面因素考虑，政府介入和社会各层面的共同努力是帮助“蚁族”去弱势的最终途径。
[Abstract]:The "ant tribe" is a new "4th vulnerable group" in our country. The social background of this group is social transformation. As a vulnerable group, they have some common features of the vulnerable group. But it also has its own characteristics. This study mainly discusses and analyzes the weak position of the ant race from the three dimensions of economy, politics and culture. Analyzing their current situation as a vulnerable group. Looking at the "ant tribe" from the angle of interests, the economic distress is undoubtedly their first problem. As far as their own strength is concerned, they are unable to integrate into the city at present. They are excluded from the urban belt system. As a result, their voices are ignored, and they have no power in politics. Economic distress and political powerlessness are not the greatest confusion for the "ant tribe." The biggest threat is that you can't find yourself, you don't know what your worth is. In the face of poor living conditions, the "ant tribe" 's low self-confidence will make them negate themselves from a psychological point of view, thus placing themselves in a more vulnerable position. In addition to economic and political concerns, the exploration of cultural factors is also the focus of this study. In terms of specific research methods, this study mainly adopts the paradigm of qualitative research, and the research methods used are mainly qualitative research methods. Including case studies and participatory observation methods. However, this study does not exclude quantitative research, which is used in combination of qualitative and quantitative in the specific research process. This paper first reviews the current research situation of this group in academic circles, and then discusses the background of the times that led to the weak position of the "ant tribe", and then from the economic and political point of view, The three dimensions of culture discuss and analyze the expression of the vulnerable position of "ant tribe", and try to probe into the concrete method of how social work can help the ant tribe to get rid of weakness from the angle of social work. Social work also has its limitations in helping the "ant tribe" to get rid of the weakness. Considering all factors, the government intervention and the joint efforts of all levels of society are the final way to help the "ant tribe" to get rid of the weakness.
