农村老人的劳动、收入及其养老阶段分化——对农村老人“无休”的实证分析

【摘要】：与国家机关企事业单位工作人员不同,农村老人养老缺少制度性的退休约束,在形式上处于一种"无休"的状态。本文基于对湖北省农村老人的抽样调查,从农村老人的劳动与收入视角切入探讨农村老人养老的"无休"状况。研究发现,农村老人退出劳动的比例相对较低,大部分农村老人仍处于劳动状态,且这种劳动状态被深深地打上了农业生产的烙印。劳动收入是农村老人最主要的收入来源,为了减轻子女经济负担,很多农村老年人选择了"无休"。根据对"无休"特征的进一步研究发现,农村老人的养老在形式上是"无休"的,但实际上是存在退出劳动阶段的。农村老人养老形式上的"无休"可以在实质上分为3个阶段,即"无休"的自养阶段、"半休"的半自养阶段以及"全休"的他养阶段,当农村老人进入他养阶段,也便意味着选择了"退休"。
[Abstract]:Different from the staff of enterprises and institutions of state organs, the pension of the rural elderly lacks institutional retirement constraints and is in a state of "no rest" in form. This paper is based on a sample survey of the rural elderly in Hubei Province. From the perspective of the labor and income of the rural old people, this paper discusses the "no rest" situation of the old people in the countryside. The study found that the proportion of the rural old people withdrawing from work is relatively low, and the majority of the rural old people are still in the state of labor. And this state of labor is deeply branded with agricultural production. Income from labor is the main source of income for the elderly in rural areas, in order to alleviate the economic burden on their children. Many elderly people in rural areas choose "no rest". According to a further study of the characteristics of "no rest", it is found that the old-age care of rural old people is "no rest" in form. But in fact, there is a stage of withdrawal from labor. In fact, the "no rest" in the form of old-age pension in rural areas can be divided into three stages, namely, the stage of "no rest", the stage of "half rest" and the stage of "full rest". When the rural old man enters his stage of raising, it also means that he has chosen to retire.
