社会支持与青少年学业成绩的关系研究

【摘要】:早期的社会支持研究主要是探究生活压力对身心健康及社会适应的影响。随着对于成人社会支持研究的发展和生态系统理论的提出,有关家庭、同辈群体、组织等对青少年发展的影响越来越为人们所重视。对于处在求学阶段的青少年而言,学生是他们的首要角色,学业是他们的首要任务。学业成绩作为测评学生的主要指标,对个体的发展有重要的意义。因而,学生的学业成绩及其影响因素便成为社会各界普遍关注的理论和现实问题。本文采用实证研究的方法,从青少年社会支持的具体内容、支持方式、支持来源等方面进行描述性分析,并运用多元线性回归的统计分析方法,探讨社会支持与学业成绩之间的关系,为更好的构建青少年社会关系网络,提高青少年社会支持水平,以此促进积极的学习行为,获得学业成绩的提高提供可能的建议。 通过研究得出以下结论: ①父母和同辈群体在青少年社会支持系统中占据重要地位,教师对青少年的社会支持仅局限于学业方面,较少涉及生活、个人情绪和人际交往等方面,正式社会支持系统发挥的作用很小; ②性别变量与语文和英语成绩之间存在显著相关,与数学成绩之间的关系不显著。 ③被试在遇到压力事件时的处理方式与其主观支持和对支持的利用度存在显著相关,与其客观支持水平之间不存在显著关系。 ④就肯定与支持、陪伴与亲密、满意度、冲突与惩罚四个维度而言,父母和朋友在前三个维度上的得分较高,父母和教师在冲突与惩罚维度得分较高,教师在前三个维度排在末位。父母和朋友在青少年社会支持系统中占据重要地位。 ⑤社会支持与学业成绩之间存在正向的相关关系。同时,控制变量中性别和干部身份与学业成绩之间也存在显著相关,干部身份变量影响显著。
[Abstract]:Early social support studies focused on the effects of life stress on physical and mental health and social adaptation. With the development of adult social support research and the development of ecosystem theory, families, peer groups, The influence of organization and so on on the development of teenagers is paid more and more attention to. For young people who are in the stage of study, students are their primary role and their primary task is their education. Academic achievement is the main indicator of evaluating students. Therefore, the academic achievement of students and its influencing factors have become the theoretical and practical issues of universal concern in the society. This paper adopts the method of empirical research, from the specific content of social support for adolescents, In order to better construct the social network of teenagers, this paper discusses the relationship between social support and academic achievement by using the statistical analysis method of multiple linear regression, such as support mode, source of support, and so on. To improve the level of social support for adolescents, to promote positive learning behavior, to improve academic performance to provide possible advice. The following conclusions were drawn from the study:. (1) parents and peer groups play an important role in the social support system for adolescents, and teachers' social support to adolescents is limited to academic aspects, less involved in life, personal emotion and interpersonal communication, etc. The role of formal social support systems is minimal; (2) there was a significant correlation between gender variables and Chinese and English scores, but no significant relationship between gender variables and math scores. 3There was a significant correlation between the coping style of the subjects and their subjective support and the degree of utilization of the support, but there was no significant relationship between the coping style and the objective level of support. (4) in the four dimensions of affirmation and support, companionship and intimacy, satisfaction, conflict and punishment, parents and friends scored higher in the first three dimensions, and parents and teachers scored higher in the conflict and punishment dimensions. Teachers rank last in the first three dimensions, and parents and friends play an important role in the social support system for adolescents. (5) there was a positive correlation between social support and academic achievement. At the same time, there was a significant correlation between gender, cadre identity and academic achievement in the control variable, and the influence of cadre identity variable was significant.
