“剩女”假象与电视媒体性别话语偏向解析

【摘要】:2007年8月,教育部与国家语言工作委员会联合发布了《2006年中国语言生活状况报告》,“剩女”作为新生代汉语词汇入选,这一词汇自2003年在网络上首次亮相以来,至此算是“名正言顺”的正式跃入公众视野。“剩女”一词不断被建构和发展,甚至成为媒体传播的万能不老话题。“剩女”作为一新生群体,一时间成为媒体争相报道的“宠儿”,在媒体无规则般的海量报道中,“剩女”不断被周而复始的议程设置和偏向化传播,导致的最终结果是,其真实面目被遮蔽,夸张化的形象被误解。 本文以“剩女”为研究对象,以电视媒体的典型代表传播形式电视剧和电视娱乐节目为例,从电视媒体过度传播制造“剩女”从而虚构出一种与实际不相符合的“剩女”假象入手,简要分析电视媒体的性别话语偏向传播,并用传播学的相关理论知识加以分析,最后提出建设性的意见和建议。 首先,本文先对“剩女”这一具有争议的词汇进行全方位界定,在社会大语境下解读这一新生词汇的来龙去脉及发展过程。指出“剩女”这一词本身的意义与社会赋予的概念以及在媒体传播中形成的习惯性概念等,简要点明“剩女”本身的“剩”字所具有的消极性的含义,并揭示真实“剩女”的真正面貌和意义价值,,并非是一个“剩”字就能泯灭的。 然后,笔者选取电视媒体的典型代表——电视剧和电视娱乐节目,着重分析电视媒体过度消费“剩女”这一话题的过程,从“剩女”题材电视剧中分析电视剧中“剩女”的特点以及电视剧在传播“剩女”过程中规律性的着重点;再从电视娱乐相亲节目在展示“剩女”这一群体时的着眼点,简明扼要地说明电视媒体对“剩女”话题过度消费的现象。 再者,笔者着重分析电视媒体传播“剩女”话题过程中制造的“剩女”假象,并对这一假象进行简要说明。通过展示电视媒体塑造的“剩女”类型、建构的刻板印象以及对“剩男”群体的自动过滤,并以传播学议程设置理论为分析工具,分析媒介话语权下的“剩女”制造,得出电视媒体传播和制造“剩女”是一种性别话语的偏向,这样的最终结果是对公众议程的掩盖和对“剩女”话题的不断歪曲。不但会影响受众对“剩女”真实形象和这一现象的准确把握,也会无限扩大“剩女”问题,甚至会造成恐慌,产生不良社会效果。 最后,笔者对媒体制造“剩女”现象进行反思,详细分析媒体制造“剩女”时产生的误区及所产生的负效应,进而呼吁电视媒体正视“剩女”群体出现的原因,呼吁媒介应该科学设置议程,在正确的社会语境中进行准确的大众传播,并提出应对策略。
[Abstract]:In August 2007, the Ministry of education and the State Language Work Committee jointly issued the report "China language situation in <2006 years," 3S lady "as a new generation of Chinese vocabulary in this vocabulary since 2003 debut in the network, this is the" right and proper "formal step into public view." 3S lady "is a word being constructed and the development of media, and even become a universal old topic." 3S lady "as a new group, a media coverage of the" pet ", in the mass media reported no rules like," 3S lady "is constantly being repeated agenda setting and bias communication, the net result is that its true face obscured, exaggerated image of being misunderstood.
Based on the "3S lady" as the research object, in the television media as the typical form of dissemination of TV dramas and TV entertainment programs as an example, from the television media over spread "3S lady" to manufacture a kind of fiction not consistent with the actual "3S lady" illusion of the brief analysis of gender discourse of TV media bias communication, analysis the relevant theoretical knowledge and communication, and finally puts forward constructive opinions and suggestions.
First of all, this article first on the "3S lady" which has a controversial words comprehensive definition, interpretation of sequence of events and the development process of the new vocabulary in the social context. It is pointed out that the concept of "meaning and social 3S lady" is a word that gives itself and form in media habits of concept, negative brief Dianming "3S lady" itself "left" word has meaning, and reveals the true value and significance of "true face 3S lady", is not a "left" word can disappear.
Then, the author selects a typical representative of TV media, TV series and entertainment TV programs, TV media focuses on the analysis of process of excessive consumption of the topic of "3S lady", from "3S lady" TV series of TV series "3S lady" features and drama in the dissemination of the "3S lady" in the process of a key point; from the TV dating show in the entertainment show "3S lady" of this group is a description of the television media, concise and to the point of excessive consumption of "3S lady" topic of the phenomenon.
Furthermore, the author focuses on the analysis of the TV media "in the process of manufacturing 3S lady" topic "3S lady" illusion, and a brief description of this illusion. Through the display of television media to create a "3S lady" type, the construction of the stereotype of men "groups of automatic filtering, and the dissemination of agenda setting theory as the analysis tools, analysis of media discourse under the" 3S lady ", that TV media and manufacturing" 3S lady "is a kind of bias of gender discourse, so the final result is on the public agenda and continue to cover the distortion of" 3S lady "topic. It will not only affect the audience to accurately grasp the true image of" 3S lady "and this phenomenon, also can expand indefinitely" 3S lady ", and even cause panic, resulting in adverse social effects.
Finally, the author makes reflections on media manufacturing "3S lady" phenomenon, the negative effect of misunderstanding with analysis of media manufacturing "3S lady" and produced, then called TV media "3S lady" face group, urged the media should set up scientific agenda, accurate mass communication in the correct social context. And put forward some countermeasures.
