社会工作服务农村留守家庭隔代教养研究

【摘要】:随着我国城镇化的发展,越来越多的父母们在其孩子出世后很快就离家打工,致使不少孩子只能够与祖辈生活在同一个屋檐下,造成了我国独有的农村留守家庭隔代教养局面。由于父母角色的缺位,农村留守隔代家庭在教养和情感沟通等方面出现了较多问题。因此,对农村留守家庭隔代教养进行研究非常有必要。首先,本文通过实地观察和访谈对吉安市田心村留守隔代家庭进行调研,分析该村的留守家庭隔代教养问题,发现农村留守隔代家庭存在祖孙交流不畅、祖孙健康及人生安全受到影响、儿童行为习惯存有不良方面、教养方式较为陈旧等问题,家庭结构残缺、家教意识片面、应试教育取向、政策制度模糊是农村留守家庭隔代教养问题产生的重要原因,通过需求预估发现农村留守家庭隔代教养的需求主要表现为:家庭情感的归属、安全能力的增强、家庭风气的健康、教养质量的提升、社会体系的保障。其次,在阐述了社会工作服务农村留守家庭隔代教养的必要性和可行性的基础上,剖析了个案社会工作与小组社会工作服务农村留守家庭隔代教养的优势所在,个案上的优势为服务对象的针对性和问题关注的全面性,小组上的优势为小组目标的明确性、组员问题的同质性、活动形式的效率性以及群体陪同的示范性。接着,运用个案和小组工作来服务社会工作服务农村留守家庭隔代教养。其中,个案案例为男孩小Z与其奶奶之间发生的家庭教养问题,以整个家庭作为服务对象,选择结构家庭治疗法并结合心理社会治疗模式,改变家庭成员冲突的交往局面,增强隔代家庭教养的效果;小组案例为“大手拉小手”隔代家庭成长互助小组,以祖孙互助的方式,改变两代人不良的自我认知,缓解祖孙彼此的矛盾。最后,总结与反思社会工作服务实践过程,深度剖析开展服务地区所具备的资源和长处,尝试性地提出了社会工作服务农村留守家庭隔代教养的总流程,并指出了本次研究存在的不足。本文希冀可以引发社会各界人士对农村留守家庭隔代教养的关注,倡导运用社会工作服务农村留守隔代家庭教养,提升农村留守家庭隔代教养质量。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in our country, more and more parents leave their homes to work soon after their children were born. As a result, many children can only live under the same roof as their ancestors. As a result of the absence of the role of parents, there are many problems in the education and emotional communication of rural left-behind families. It is very necessary to study the intergenerational upbringing of left-behind families in rural areas. Firstly, through field observation and interview, this paper investigates the left-behind families in Tianxin Village of Ji'an City, and analyzes the problems of the intergenerational upbringing of left-behind families in this village. It was found that there were problems such as poor communication between grandparents, health and safety of children, bad behavior habits of children, old upbringing style, incomplete family structure and one-sided consciousness of family education in rural left-behind families. The orientation of examination-oriented education, fuzzy policy and system are the important reasons for the problem of intergenerational upbringing of rural left-behind families. It is found that the demand for intergenerational upbringing of rural left-behind families is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the ownership of family emotion and the enhancement of safety ability. The health of family ethos, the improvement of upbringing quality, the guarantee of social system. Secondly, on the basis of expounding the necessity and feasibility of social work service for rural left-behind families, This paper analyzes the advantages of case social work and group social work in serving rural left-behind families for alternate generations. The advantages of individual cases are the pertinence of service objects and the comprehensiveness of problems concerned, and the advantages of groups are the clarity of group objectives. The homogeneity of the group member problem, the efficiency of the activity form and the demonstration of the group escort. Then, the social work and group work are used to serve the rural left-behind families for alternate generations. The case is the family upbringing problem between the boy Xiao Z and his grandmother, taking the whole family as the service object, choosing the structured family therapy and the psycho-social treatment model to change the communication situation of the family members' conflict. To enhance the effect of family upbringing of the next generation; the group case is the "big hand with the small hand" family growth support group, in the way of helping each other, changing the bad self-cognition of the two generations, alleviating the contradiction between the two generations. Finally, Summing up and reflecting on the practical process of social work service, deeply analyzing the resources and advantages of developing service areas, and putting forward the general process of social work service for rural left-behind families from generation to generation. The author also points out the shortcomings of this study. This paper hopes to arouse the attention of people from all walks of life to the intergenerational upbringing of rural left-behind families, and advocates the use of social work to serve the rural left-behind families' upbringing. Improve the quality of rural left-behind families.
