网络舆情治理的伦理策略分析

【摘要】:传播伦理是立足于现实关系又超越现实"关系"的精神气质,网络舆情是网民对社会现实和中介性社会事件的能动反应以及相伴生成的动态势能;而作为治理对象的舆情则指"舆情危机",它可以用"理之未显,势之已发"的哲学话语来描述。建构的传播伦理明晰网络舆情发生的原因,并突显舆情危机演变的"事件性""中介性""刺激性"特质,同时指明网络舆情危机治理的伦理策略:应当治"理"而非治"事",需要建设现实的组织实体,有必要助推文化自信语境下个体的主体革命。
[Abstract]:Communication ethics is the spiritual temperament based on the realistic relationship and transcending the reality "relationship". The network public opinion is the dynamic reaction of the netizens to the social reality and the intermediary social events and the accompanying dynamic potential energy. The public opinion, as the object of governance, refers to the "crisis of public opinion", which can be described with the philosophical discourse of "the principle is not obvious, and the tendency has already developed." the constructed communication ethics clarifies the reasons for the occurrence of the public opinion on the network. It also highlights the characteristics of "event", "intermediary" and "stimulus" in the evolution of public opinion crisis, and points out the ethical strategy of managing the crisis of network public opinion: we should treat "principle" rather than "matter", and need to build a realistic organizational entity. It is necessary to promote the individual subject revolution in the context of cultural confidence.
