融合视角下城市非正规空间的包容性治理研究

【摘要】：城市非正规空间由居民自发形成,代表城市中弱势居民群体的生活诉求,体现了城市低收入阶层的住房、就业及消费需求,是城市增长导致的多样化空间需求的特定表现以及市场选择的结果。城市非正规空间有其自身形成机制和内在逻辑,应在尊重其固有自发秩序的基础上,从城市发展、社区发展、人文延续以及居民生活模式等角度探索非正规空间的更新方式,让更多的人从城市更新中获益,防止社会空间极化,体现包容性治理的价值取向,促进城市空间的有机融合。
[Abstract]:The urban informal space is formed spontaneously by the residents, which represents the life demands of the vulnerable residents in the city, and reflects the housing, employment and consumption needs of the low-income class in the city.It is the specific manifestation of diversified spatial demand caused by urban growth and the result of market choice.Urban informal space has its own formation mechanism and internal logic. It should explore the renewal of informal space from the perspectives of urban development, community development, humanistic continuation and resident life mode, on the basis of respecting its inherent spontaneous order.Let more people benefit from urban renewal, prevent social spatial polarization, embody the value orientation of inclusive governance, and promote the organic integration of urban space.
