新员工心理失衡的特异性及疏解之方

【摘要】:正新员工是单位的新生力量,刚刚走上工作岗位的新员工大部分是充满朝气、意气风发的,但也有一些心理比较脆弱、社会适应能力较低的新员工,由于所处的社会生活环境的变化和自身心理特点,当原有内心平衡被打破时,就会产生心理失衡的现象。这是一种心理不健康的征兆。这种状况会导致新员工不能以一种和谐的心理状态投入工作之中,无论对于单位发展还是新员工个人发展来说,都是不利的。因此,领导者应关注新员工的心理状态,掌握其特异性,给予及时的心理干预和疏解,使之尽快走出心理失衡的误区,以一种平和、积极向上的阳光心态投入工作。
[Abstract]:The new employees are the new forces of the unit. Most of the new employees who have just taken up their jobs are full of vigor and spirit, but there are also some new employees who are relatively weak psychologically and have lower social adaptability.Because of the change of the social living environment and the psychological characteristics, when the original inner balance is broken, the phenomenon of psychological imbalance will occur.This is a sign of mental ill health.This situation will lead to the new employees can not work with a harmonious psychological state, whether for the development of the unit or the personal development of new employees, are unfavorable.Therefore, leaders should pay attention to the psychological state of new employees, grasp its specificity, give timely psychological intervention and ease up, so that they can get out of the misconception of psychological imbalance as soon as possible, and put into work with a kind of calm and positive sunshine mentality.
