“全面二孩”政策下女性工作与家庭冲突分析

【摘要】：工作一家庭冲突是当代女性发展面临的困境。工作一家庭双重冲突是.角色间冲突的一种特殊形式,因为来自工作和家庭领域的时间、压力、行为等在某些方面是互不相容的,这使得女性在工作(家庭)角色的参与因家庭(工作)角色的要求变得更加困难。而"全面二孩"政策实施,一方面有利于更好满足群众的生育意愿,促进家庭的幸福和社会和谐;但从另一个角度来看,这一政策也使得现代女性工作一家庭角色的演绎更为艰难。
[Abstract]:The conflict between work and family is a dilemma for the development of contemporary women.The dual conflict between work and family is.A particular form of conflict between roles, because time, stress, behavior, etc., from the work and family spheres are incompatible in some ways.This makes it more difficult for women to participate in work (family) roles because of family (work) roles.On the one hand, the implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy is conducive to better meeting the fertility wishes of the masses and promoting family happiness and social harmony; but from another perspective,This policy also makes it more difficult for modern women to work as a family role.
