【摘要】：正一位基层工作同志谈及一次舆情应对的经历:事情发生后,我们关注到媒体报道铺天盖地、社会舆情来势汹汹,并且着手制定舆情应对方案和对外发布口径。可是为了获取基本的口径素材,和有关职能部门磨破了嘴皮;为了决定以什么名义、什么形式对外发布,单位内部反复讨论;终于把舆情应对方案报送领导了,领导说还要征求更高级别领导的意见……最终的结
