家规的社会教化功能及其实现:基于公共生活空间的视角

【摘要】：家庭是公共生活空间的历史起点,家规则是保证家庭功能实现的制度条件,只有这一系列规范具有客观性、正当性、有效性和普遍性的特点,才能内化为家庭成员的自觉行为。良好的家法族规能够生成一套约束和保护机制,培养家族成员的认同感和凝聚力,形成一个守望相助、和谐有序的公共生活空间,实现社会教化的目标。
[Abstract]:The family is the historical starting point of the public life space, the family rule is the system condition which guarantees the family function realization, only this series of norms has the objectivity, the legitimacy, the validity and the universality characteristic, can internalize into the family member's conscious behavior.Good family rules can produce a set of restraint and protection mechanism, cultivate the identity and cohesion of family members, form a harmonious and orderly public life space, and realize the goal of social education.
