武汉昙华林历史街区旅游发展中的社区参与研究

【摘要】：随着近年来旅游学者对社区参与理论研究的不断加深,并将其积极运用到旅游地发展中,社区参与逐渐被认为是旅游地可持续发展的关键环节。而就城市当中的历史街区来讲,在城市建设过程和旅游发展过程中处境尴尬,也同样面临着可持续发展的困惑。本研究抓住两者的契合点,以武汉昙华林历史街区为研究地,对街区旅游发展中的社区参与情况进行了实证研究。从国内学者对社区参与旅游发展的实证研究方面看,以城市中面临更新需求的历史街区为对象的研究,还鲜有涉及。本文以武汉昙华林为案例,调查社区参与旅游发展情况、总结社区参与特征、提出社区参与提升路径,将为社区和旅游的协调发展创造和谐的大环境、改善社区居民的生活水平,并为历史老街的重生扩展了思路。文章首先对历史街区旅游发展中的社区参与所涉及相关概念进行辨析和界定,归纳总结已有的研究成果,并以可持续发展理论、利益相关者理论和社会交换理论作为研究的理论支撑。在确定了实证研究的研究范围之后,对昙华林历史街区的概况和街区保护和发展实践进行了总结,并提出社区参与旅游发展的必要性。之后,以调查问卷和社区访谈的形式对昙华林历史街区的社区参与状况进行调研,对调研数据进行汇总,采取统计分析的方法分别从社区居民参与旅游议事、参与收益情况、参与环境保护三个方面对昙华林历史街区旅游发展中的社区参与内容进行了调查；同时,又从经济影响、文化影响、环境影响、居民态度四个方面对社区居民旅游感知情况进行了调查。以调查结果为基础,总结出社区参与特征,即参与内容单一,参与面窄；参与层次低,处于起步阶段；参与者自身条件与社区发展方向不匹配。文章最后依据昙华林历史街区的社区参与特征,提出了社区参与的提升路径,并就每条路径的作用和内容进行了阐述,以期实现社区和旅游的协调发展。引导路径包含认同感提升、教育培训、激励扶持三个方面,是培养居民参与意识、提升参与能力的重要手段；保障路径包含公共服务设施建设、社区民主化建设、参与制度建设三个方面,是社区居民参与旅游发展的基石和后盾；评估路径包含监督和反馈两个方面,是社区参与旅游发展的维护和提升。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of tourism scholars' research on the theory of community participation and its positive application to the development of tourist destination, community participation is gradually considered as the key link of sustainable development of tourist destination. As far as the historical districts in the city are concerned, they are in an awkward situation in the process of urban construction and tourism development, and also face the confusion of sustainable development. In this paper, the author makes an empirical study on the community participation in the tourism development of Wuhan ephemeral Hualin historic district. From the domestic scholars' empirical research on community participation in tourism development, there is little research on the historical districts in cities that face the need of renewal. Taking Wuhan ephemeral forest as an example, this paper investigates the situation of community participation in tourism development, summarizes the characteristics of community participation, and puts forward a way to promote community participation, which will create a harmonious environment for the coordinated development of community and tourism. Improve the living standard of community residents, and expand the thinking for the rebirth of the historic old street. This paper first analyzes and defines the related concepts of community participation in the tourism development of historical blocks, summarizes the existing research results, and uses the theory of sustainable development. Stakeholder theory and social exchange theory are the theoretical support of the research. After confirming the research scope of empirical research, this paper summarizes the general situation and the protection and development practice of the historic block of ephemeral Hua Lin, and puts forward the necessity of community participation in tourism development. Then, in the form of questionnaires and community interviews, the paper investigates the status of community participation in historical blocks of ephemeral Hua Lin, summarizes the survey data, and adopts statistical analysis methods to participate in tourism proceedings and income from community residents, respectively. The paper investigates the contents of community participation in the tourism development of historic blocks of ephemeral Hua Lin from three aspects of environmental protection, and at the same time, from the aspects of economic impact, cultural impact, environmental impact, Four aspects of residents' attitudes to tourism perception of community residents were investigated. Based on the results of the survey, the paper summarizes the characteristics of community participation, that is, the participation content is single, the participation is narrow, the participation level is low, and the participation level is in the initial stage, and the participants' own conditions do not match the development direction of the community. Finally, according to the characteristics of community participation in the historic block of ephemeral Hua Lin, this paper puts forward the promotion path of community participation, and expounds the function and content of each path in order to realize the coordinated development of community and tourism. The guiding path includes the promotion of identity, education and training, and encouragement and support, which is an important means to cultivate residents' participation consciousness and enhance their ability to participate, and the guarantee path includes the construction of public service facilities and the construction of community democratization. Participation system construction is the cornerstone and backing of community residents' participation in tourism development, and the evaluation path includes two aspects: supervision and feedback, which is the maintenance and promotion of community participation in tourism development.
