沈阳市社区工作者工作满意度实证研究

【摘要】:社区是社会的基础细胞,已经成为各种利益和各种矛盾关系的集聚点,在我国经济和社会发展进程中的作用和地位日益凸显。社区工作者是党和政府联系社区居民的“桥梁”和“纽带”,是在构建和谐社会的重要责任者。满意度高的社区工作者爱岗敬业,喜爱自己所从事的社区工作,认同社区文化和价值观,并将个人成长目标与社区建设和发展结合起来,积极主动地投入到社区的各项工作中。相反,满意度低的社区工作者在工作中则会表现出不负责任、漫不经心、没有兴趣等现象。所以,提升社区工作者的满意度对提高社区工作的水平有着至关重要的意义。 满意度理论研究来源于商业研究,并逐渐趋于成熟。本论文通过查阅相关文献,将满意度理论引入到社区工作者工作满意度研究中,探讨社区工作者满意度的测量和评价,以此来提高社区工作的工作满意度,从而提高社区服务居民的质量和水平,希望本文的研究能对政府相关部门出台政策提供参考。主要研究内容如下: 第一,本文从我国社区的发展现状入手,提出论文的研究背景、研究目的和研究意义,在对国内外相关文献阐述的基础上,确定本文的研究思路和研究内容,并对员工工作满意度及提升的相关理论进行梳理; 第二,分析本文研究的可行性,提出研究框架和研究假设,通过文献分析法、访谈法,对变量进行提炼,进而提出假设,编制调查问卷; 第三,使用SPSS13.0统计软件对回收问卷进行分析研究,以获知沈阳市社区工作者目前整体的工作满意度状况和影响其工作满意度的主要因素; 第四,提出相应的对策以期减少社区工作者在工作中的不满情绪,提升他们的工作满意度,为沈阳市政府出台相关社区管理政策提供参考。 最后,对全文进行总结,归纳本文的创新点,提出未来研究展望。
[Abstract]:Community is the basic cell of society and has become a gathering point of various interests and contradictions. It plays an increasingly important role in the process of economic and social development in China. Community worker is the "bridge" and "tie" between the Party and the government to connect the residents of the community, and is the important person responsible for the construction of a harmonious society. Community workers with high satisfaction love their jobs, love their community work, identify with community culture and values, and combine their personal growth goals with community construction and development, and actively participate in the work of the community. On the contrary, community workers with low satisfaction will show irresponsibility, carelessness and lack of interest in their work. Therefore, improving the satisfaction of community workers is of vital significance to improve the level of community work. The research of satisfaction theory comes from the business research and tends to mature gradually. This paper introduces the theory of satisfaction into the study of job satisfaction of community workers, and discusses the measurement and evaluation of satisfaction of community workers, in order to improve the job satisfaction of community work. In order to improve the quality and level of community service residents, I hope this study can provide a reference for the relevant government departments to issue policies. The main contents of the study are as follows: First, this paper starts with the current situation of community development in our country, puts forward the research background, purpose and significance of the paper, on the basis of expounding the relevant literature at home and abroad, determines the research thought and research content of this paper. And the related theories of employee job satisfaction and promotion are combed out. Second, analyze the feasibility of this study, put forward the research framework and research assumptions, through the literature analysis, interviews, variables extraction, and then put forward assumptions, the preparation of questionnaires; Thirdly, the SPSS13.0 statistical software was used to analyze and study the recovery questionnaire in order to find out the overall job satisfaction status of community workers in Shenyang and the main factors affecting their job satisfaction. Fourth, put forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to reduce the dissatisfaction of community workers in the work, improve their job satisfaction, and provide reference for Shenyang municipal government to issue relevant community management policies. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, summarizes the innovation of this paper, and puts forward the future research prospects.
