社会工作介入单亲家庭青少年成长的服务探析

【摘要】：青少年成长的话题一直以来都是人们关注的焦点。但是,针对单亲家庭青少年,尤其是单亲家庭青少年成长需求进行的研究稍显不足,虽然在社会学、心理学领域已经有很多关于单亲家庭子女的研究,但是都主要是针对家庭关系的分裂对子女所带来的负面影响,集中在对单亲家庭子女所存在问题的理论层次研究。虽然从社会工作专业层面对单亲家庭青少年成长这一主题进行的研究在这几年逐渐增多,但学者们大多是从“困境”以及“问题”视角出发进行探索。为了探究社会工作如何更好地满足单亲家庭青少年的成长需求,提高单亲家庭青少年社会工作的服务成效,同时丰富社会工作专业研究和社会工作专业教育的理论,本研究采用定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法,研究以马斯洛需求层次理论为基础从社会工作视角分析Z街单亲家庭青少年的成长需求和社会工作介入的服务现状,并总结出了以优势视角理论和社会支持网络理论为指导,将个案工作、小组工作和社区工作相互融合的工作方法服务于单亲家庭青少年的路径。从“需求”和“优势”的视角出发,有利于激发单亲家庭青少年与其家庭的潜能,同时协助单亲家庭青少年构建功能良好的社会支持网络,以达到促进其健康成长之目的。
[Abstract]:The topic of youth growth has always been the focus of attention. However, the research on the growth needs of young people in single-parent families, especially in single-parent families, is somewhat inadequate. Although there have been many studies on the children of single-parent families in the field of sociology and psychology, However, it mainly focuses on the negative effects of the split of family relationship on children, and focuses on the theoretical research on the problems of children in single-parent families. Although the research on the subject of the growth of teenagers in single-parent families from the aspect of social work has gradually increased in recent years, most scholars have explored from the angle of "dilemma" and "problem". In order to explore how social work can better meet the growth needs of young people in single-parent families, improve the service effectiveness of social work for young people in single-parent families, and enrich the theory of social work research and professional education in social work, Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, this study analyzes the growth needs of teenagers in Z Street single parent family and the service status of social work intervention from the perspective of social work. Under the guidance of advantage theory and social support network theory, the paper summarizes the ways of combining case work, group work and community work to serve the young people in single-parent families. From the point of view of "demand" and "advantage", it is helpful to stimulate the potential of single parent family teenagers and their families, and to help them to build a well-functioning social support network in order to promote their healthy growth.
