北京市空巢中老年人人格、孤独感对生活满意度的影响

【摘要】：目的研究空巢中老年人人格、孤独感对生活满意度的影响机制。方法采用问卷调查法对北京地区空巢中老年人的孤独感、外倾性、神经质及生活满意度进行调查。结果空巢中老年人生活满意度、孤独感与常模差异显著(P0.05);外倾性、神经质人格与非空巢老人差异不显著(P0.05);外倾性、孤独感对生活满意度的共同回归显著(P0.05);外倾性对孤独感的回归显著(P0.01)。结论北京市空巢中老人的生活满意度较平均水平低,减少空巢中老人的孤独感是提高其生活满意度的关键;外倾性人格对北京市空巢中老人生活满意度的影响较神经质人格更大,性格内倾者更易体验到孤独。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the influence mechanism of personality and loneliness on life satisfaction. Methods the loneliness, extroversion, neuroticism and life satisfaction were investigated by questionnaire. Results there were significant differences in life satisfaction, loneliness and norm between the elderly with empty nest (P 0.05), extroversion, neurotic personality (P 0.05), extroversion (P 0.05), extroversion (P 0.05). The common regression of loneliness to life satisfaction was significant (P 0.05), and the regression of extroversion to loneliness was significant (P 0.01). Conclusion the life satisfaction of the elderly in the empty nest in Beijing is lower than that in the average. The key to improve the life satisfaction is to reduce the loneliness of the elderly in the empty nest. The influence of extroversion personality on the life satisfaction of the elderly in Beijing empty nest is greater than that of neurotic personality, and the introverted personality is more likely to experience loneliness.
