文风的一大问题是对西方话语缺少批判意识

【摘要】：正文风问题,某种意义上也是个人话语风格和信仰的体现。邓正来有一本书,其中一篇文章和文风、学术意识有关,那篇文章对现在法学界学术话语大批量复制西方的现状进行了深入分析。为什么会出现这样的情况?这和长久以来我们所持的西方中心主义有很大关联。我们习惯以西方的定义来把握我们的现实,把西方社会及其话语当成一种理想引进和信奉,其实也为别人的话语霸权扮演了共谋角色。这一切都源于我们对西方范式缺少批判意识。
[Abstract]:Text style, in a sense, is also a reflection of personal discourse style and belief. Deng Zhenglai has a book in which an article has something to do with literary style and academic consciousness. That article makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation in which the legal academic discourse is reproduced in large quantities in the West. Why did this happen? This has much to do with the Western centralism that we have long held. We are used to grasp our reality with the definition of the West and introduce and believe in the western society and its discourse as an ideal. In fact, we also play a complicit role for the discourse hegemony of others. All this stems from our lack of critical awareness of Western paradigms.
