新媒体时代天津市社科联科普工作的理论思考

【摘要】:社会科学普及工作是精神文明建设和党的意识形态工作的重要组成部分。当前,我市的社科普及工作紧跟新媒体时代,以社会科学普及周活动为重要抓手,从思想保证、阵地意识、围绕中心、三个贴近、坚持创新与发挥社科联优势等六个方面取得了实效。面对加强联动机制建设、提升传播宣传与舆论引导效果、社科普及从形式到内容仍需拓展等新要求,应运用互联网思维,增强服务导向意识,把握惟真惟实、实时互动、注重体验与联众聚合原则,探索社会科学普及的多媒体融合模式与OTO模式,基于内容生产、内容呈现与内容延展来充实创新内容,从实践应用、制度保障与队伍建设上完善社科普及工作创新体系。
[Abstract]:The popularization of social sciences is an important part of the construction of spiritual civilization and the Party's ideological work. At present, the work of popularizing social sciences in our city is closely following the new media era, with the Social Science Popularization week as an important grasp, from the perspective of ideological assurance, position consciousness, and around the center, three close to each other. Adhere to innovation and give play to the advantages of the Council of Social Sciences and other six aspects have achieved practical results. In the face of the new requirements of strengthening the construction of linkage mechanism, improving the effect of propaganda and public opinion guidance, and so on, the popularization of social sciences still needs to be expanded from form to content. We should use Internet thinking, enhance our sense of service orientation, grasp the truth and reality, and interact with each other in real time. Focus on the principle of experience and mass convergence, explore the popular social science multimedia fusion model and OTO model, based on content production, content presentation and content extension to enrich the innovative content, from the practical application, Improve the innovation system of popularizing social sciences in terms of system guarantee and team building.
