文化视角下的家庭“冷暴力”及社会工作介入

【摘要】：当公众对拳脚相向的"热暴力"争论不休,深恶痛绝时,却忽略了另一种精神摧残的隐形暴力——冷暴力。2016年3月1日《中华人民共和国反家庭暴力法》正式实施。作为首部反家暴法,其中明确将精神伤害视为家庭暴力。"冷暴力"伤人于无形,它可以让个体或者家庭表面毫发无损,内在可能已千疮百孔。精神上的伤害在家庭"冷暴力"中,又以夫妻间的"冷暴力"问题最为突出。中国社会处于社会转型期,正是社会转型这一特点使得中国家庭成员之间的相处模式,尤其是夫妻间的相处方式受到多种因素的影响。从文化因素的视角看,有的是传统的中国文化、有的是在社会发展中衍生出的现代文化,以及由于全球化而带来的外来文化。这些文化相互碰撞,一定程度上决定了家庭文化的建构模式。可以说,中国家庭关系在传统文化、现代文化和外来文化中的精华和糟粕中相互交融、缓慢地建构。家庭"冷暴力"便是多元文化折冲樽俎中形成的一种新的冲突模式。这种冲突模式表现为一种恶化的家庭关系,成为了一个必须认真面对的社会问题。因为这一问题对个人、家庭和社会产生深刻的影响,社会各界对此早有关注。家庭"冷暴力"已经成为破坏婚姻的重要因素,与可见的"热暴力"相比,冷暴力更应该受到公众的关注,外在的皮肉伤痛是可以治愈的,但是内在精神的创伤是难以愈合的。家庭"冷暴力"主要发生在夫妻之间,表现为夫妻之间的矛盾。夫妻之间产生冲突时,冷落或者忽视对方,彼此之间漠不关心,将语言交流降到最低的程度,或者是语言攻击,辱骂对方,敷衍甚至停止性生活等,实际上这就是一种精神虐待。遭受家庭"冷暴力"的家庭更易解体,夫妻感情不合更易导致一个家庭的破碎。造成家庭"冷暴力"产生的因素很多,包括政治、经济、文化、心理等多方面。本篇论文主要从文化视角出发,对家庭"冷暴力"产生的文化原因、现状和影响等进行分析,并运用社会工作专业知识和技巧对其进行干预,试图通过此途径找到解决家庭"冷暴力"的办法,减轻家庭"冷暴力"给个人、家庭和社会带来的危害。本文还特别从引发家庭"冷暴力"的文化因素开始,然后对家庭"冷暴力"进行界定;对中国传统文化以及其他文化的界定等到最后的社会工作对家庭"冷暴力"的介入,从社会工作的视角对其进行分析和论证,找出问题的病因,对症下药。具体分为以下五大部分:第一部分是对相关的研究背景、相关文献、研究的目的和意义以及研究方法进行阐述。第二部分是阐述社会文化与家庭"冷暴力"之间的关系,其中包括对相关社会文化含义的简述和对家庭"冷暴力"概念的界定,然后阐述社会文化对家庭成员关系的影响,另外对社会文化规定着家庭的秩序和表面秩序下的家庭内部矛盾进行论述。第三部分主要对家庭"冷暴力"的现状、表现形式及其影响进行阐述,首先是对家庭冷暴力的现状及其表现进行阐述,其中包括对家庭"冷暴力"的现状进行表述,其次是对家庭"冷暴力"的隐蔽性、长期性、复杂性和差异性的表现特征进行阐述,由此对家庭"冷暴力"的社会影响进行分析,具体从对个体身心的危害、对家庭的危害和对社会的危害三个方面入手。第四部分以社会工作的视角从社会心理、社会性别和生态系统三方面出发,对典型家庭"冷暴力"案例进行分析。最后第五部分则是借助社会工作的方法对家庭"冷暴力"进行介入和干预,其中包括个案小组工作中的危机介入模式和认知行为疗法,小组工作中的建立互助小组和增强沟通的效能,社区社会工作中的巩固支持网络与"法德并举"和形成抵制家庭"冷暴力"的社会氛围,社会行政介入中的完善反家暴法的法律法规和建立专门的法律援助机构。
[Abstract]:When the public debated the "hot violence" of the fist, it overlooked another kind of spiritual violence that had been destroyed by the spirit - cold violence in March 1st, the People's Republic of China anti domestic violence law, which was formally implemented. As the first anti domestic violence law, it is clear that the harm of God is regarded as domestic violence. "Cold violence" hurts the invisible. It can make the surface of the individual or the family undamaged, and it may have been riddled with holes. Spiritual harm is in the "cold violence" of the family, and the "cold violence" between husband and wife is the most prominent. Chinese society is in a social transition period, it is the characteristic of social transformation that makes the family members of the Chinese family, especially the couple. The way to get along is influenced by many factors. From the perspective of cultural factors, some are traditional Chinese culture, some are modern cultures derived from social development, and foreign cultures brought about by globalization. These cultures collide with each other to a certain extent, which determine the construction pattern of family culture. The combination of the essence and the dross in the traditional culture, the modern culture and the foreign culture is mutually blended and slowly constructed. The "cold violence" of the family is a new conflict pattern formed in the pluralistic culture of the cup. This mode of conflict is a deteriorating family relationship and a social problem that must be seriously faced. The problem has a profound influence on the individual, family and society. The family "cold violence" has become an important factor in destroying marriage. Compared with the visible "hot violence", cold violence should be paid more attention by the public. The external skin and flesh pain can be cured, but the internal mental trauma is difficult to heal. The "cold violence" of the family occurs mainly between husband and wife, showing the contradiction between husband and wife. When there is conflict between husband and wife, cold or neglect of each other, indifference between each other, the level of language communication to the lowest level, or language attack, abusive opponent, and perfunctory life, and so on. In fact, this is a kind of mental abuse. The family "cold violence" is more vulnerable to disintegration and the disintegration of husband and wife is more likely to lead to a broken family. There are many factors that cause "cold violence" in the family, including political, economic, cultural, psychological and other aspects. This paper mainly analyzes the cultural reasons, status and influence of the "cold violence" from the cultural perspective. Through the use of social work professional knowledge and skills to intervene, through this way to find a solution to the "cold violence" in the family, to reduce the "cold violence" to the personal, family and social harm. This article also started from the cultural factors that triggered the "cold violence" of the family, and then defined the "cold violence" in the family; The definition of traditional culture and other cultures wait for the intervention of the family "cold violence" by the last social work, analyze and prove it from the perspective of social work, find out the cause of the problem and make the right medicine. The first part is divided into the following five parts: the first part is the related research background, the related literature, the purpose and significance of the research and the research. The second part expounds the relationship between the social culture and the "cold violence" of the family, including the related social and cultural implications and the definition of the concept of "cold violence" in the family, and then the influence of social culture on the family member relations, and the social and cultural order and the surface order of the family. The third part mainly discusses the status, form and influence of "cold violence" in the family. First, it expounds the status and performance of the cold violence in the family, including the present situation of "cold violence" in the family, followed by the concealment, long-term, complexity and poor of the "cold violence" of the family. The expression characteristics of the opposite sex are expounded, and the social influence of the "cold violence" is analyzed, from three aspects of the harm to the individual body and mind, the harm to the family and the harm to the society. The fourth part starts from the social psychology, the sociality and the ecological system from the perspective of social work, and is "cold" to the typical family. The last fifth part is the intervention and intervention of the family "cold violence" with the help of social work, including the crisis intervention model and cognitive behavior therapy in the case group work, the establishment of mutual assistance group in the group work and the effectiveness of enhancing communication, and the consolidation support network in community social work. The social atmosphere of "France and Germany" and the formation of "cold violence against the family", the improvement of the laws and regulations of the anti domestic violence law and the establishment of special legal aid institutions in the intervention of the social administration.
