虚拟社区和用户参与知识贡献研究:就绪和努力的视角

【摘要】:随着互联网对消费者日常生活的渗透,大众合作成为一种典型的共享式知识生产模式,因此,在网络情境下,用户参与虚拟社区的知识贡献行为,直接影响着社区的经济价值和发展趋势。基于文献回溯,分析了用户参与知识贡献的影响要素和内在逻辑机制。通过对百度百科虚拟社区用户的问卷调查,基于结构方程模型,研究结论如下:第一,用户就绪能够很好地诠释知识贡献行为,即用户的动机、角色清晰性和能力正向影响其参与知识贡献的倾向。第二,用户就绪要素对知识贡献的影响并非是直接的,用户努力起着中介作用,即用户努力的强度和目标承诺性中介了用户就绪和知识贡献之间的关系。第三,用户就绪三要素的影响路径、机制和强度并非是相同和对称的。具体而言,用户动机通过努力强度和目标承诺性影响知识贡献意向;用户能力通过努力强度影响知识贡献意向;用户角色清晰性通过目标承诺性对知识贡献产生影响。
[Abstract]:With the penetration of the Internet into the daily life of consumers, mass cooperation has become a typical shared knowledge production model. Therefore, in the network context, users participate in the knowledge contribution behavior of virtual communities. It directly affects the economic value and development trend of the community. Based on the literature review, this paper analyzes the influencing factors and internal logic mechanism of user participation in knowledge contribution. Based on the structural equation model, the research conclusions are as follows: first, user readiness can explain the behavior of knowledge contribution, that is, user motivation, through the questionnaire of Baidu encyclopedia virtual community. Role clarity and ability positively influence their tendency to participate in knowledge contribution. Second, the influence of user ready elements on knowledge contribution is not direct. User effort plays an intermediary role, that is, the intensity of user effort and the target commitment mediate the relationship between user readiness and knowledge contribution. Thirdly, the influence path, mechanism and intensity of the three elements of user readiness are not the same and symmetrical. Specifically, user motivation influences knowledge contribution intention through effort intensity and goal commitment; user ability influences knowledge contribution intention through effort intensity; user role clarity influences knowledge contribution through goal commitment.
