高校退休人员孤独感形成原因及对策

【摘要】：目的了解高校退休人员的孤独感现状并探讨其影响因素。方法使用孤独量表、社会支持评定量表、生活满意度量表和一般社会情况调查问卷对某高校的60岁及以上离退休人员进行问卷调查。结果孤独感平均得分为(31.65±8.347)分,女性、高年龄组、低知识层次及不良婚姻状况者孤独感水平相对较高,其中婚姻状况是主要影响因素。通过孤独感与社会支持度和生活满意度相关性的进一步分析,结果显示有无朋友和交流对象等成为孤独感产生的主要原因。结论针对交流对象的缺失,应从政府、社区、企业和个人4个层次全方位帮助老年人安享晚年。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of loneliness among retirees in colleges and universities and to explore its influencing factors. Methods Loneness scale, social support rating scale, life satisfaction scale and general social condition questionnaire were used to investigate the retirees aged 60 and above in a university. Results the average score of loneliness was 31.65 卤8.347. The loneliness level of female, high age group, low level of knowledge and bad marital status was relatively high, among which marital status was the main influencing factor. Through the further analysis of the relationship between loneliness and social support and life satisfaction, the results show that the main causes of loneliness are friends and communication objects. Conclusion in view of the lack of communication objects, the government, community, enterprises and individuals should help the elderly to enjoy their old age.
