城市社会:文明多样性与命运共同体

【摘要】：城市与文明相共生,城市社会是人类发展的重要趋势。城市是多样异质文明的空间化聚集,文明多样性是城市社会的重要特征,是城市创新、发展的重要机制和动力。文明共同性是生态共同性、社会共同性、秩序共同性、体系共同性的统一,是城市社会运行的基础保障,城市社会在具有私人性的同时日益具有公共性。文明弹性是文明多样性与文明共同性的统一,是文明体在生存、适应、应变、创新等方面的综合状态、综合能力。城市弹性是空间弹性、制度弹性、意义弹性等的统一。宿命共同体、命运共同体、自由共同体,是共同体的主要类型。命运共同体是一种区域性和全球性的空间共同体、风险社会压力下的利益共同体、多样认识与价值共存的意义共同体。人类共同体与城市共同体具有同构性,走向更为合理的城市命运共同体是当代文明与城市转换的重要趋势。
[Abstract]:City and civilization are symbiotic, urban society is an important trend of human development. The city is the spatial agglomeration of diverse and heterogeneous civilization, and the diversity of civilization is the important characteristic of urban society, the important mechanism and motive force of urban innovation and development. The commonality of civilization is the unity of ecological commonality, social commonality, order commonality and system commonality, which is the basic guarantee of urban social operation. The elasticity of civilization is the unity of the diversity of civilization and the commonality of civilization, as well as the comprehensive state and ability of civilization in the aspects of survival, adaptation, innovation and so on. Urban elasticity is the unity of space elasticity, institutional elasticity and meaning elasticity. Destiny community, free community, are the main types of community. Destiny Community is a regional and global community of space, a community of interests under the pressure of a risk society, a community of meaning in which various understandings and values coexist. The human community and the urban community have the same structure, and it is an important trend of the contemporary civilization and city transformation to move towards a more reasonable community of urban destiny.
