对内蒙古巴彦淖尔市乌拉特中旗蒙古族学校寄宿生小组工作的介入

【摘要】:在农牧区实施“撤点并校”是国家调整教育事业的一次重大改革,然而在教育结构调整过程中也显现出了一些问题。本论文以内蒙古巴彦淖尔市乌拉特中旗蒙古族学校作为研究对象,通过实地调查、结合访谈,对学校现状进行分析,针对寄宿生在生活、学业、心理、亲子关系等方面所存在的问题,运用小组工作方法进行介入。本文由绪论、正文三章、结语、参考文献、附录等构成。绪论部分,主要包括了研究背景、研究目的及意义、文献综述、研究思路及研究方法。第一章,对巴彦淖尔市乌拉特中旗的地理环境、人口民族、经济生活及乌拉特中旗蒙古族学校基本情况、师资队伍及管理人员情况、寄宿生基本情况进行了概要介绍。第二章,通过运用实地调查法、访谈法、小组工作法,对巴彦淖尔市乌拉特中旗蒙古族寄宿生在生活、学业、心理、亲子关系等方面存在的问题进行分析,将存在的问题归纳为寄宿生活单调、食堂伙食单一、安全意识薄弱;学习积极性不高、抄作业现象普遍、母语教学遇到困难;人际交往欠缺、存在孤独心理、易染不良习气;情感交流不足、亲子关系疏离等。第三章,针对巴彦淖尔市乌拉特中旗蒙古族寄宿生所存在的问题,运用小组工作方法进行介入,共组织开展了七次小组活动。针对问题的不同,每次小组活动的主题各有侧重点,既;增强适应新环境能力的新生适应小组活动、针对生活问题开展的丰富校园生活小组活动和安全教育小组活动、针对学业问题开展的学习发展小组活动、针对心理问题开展的心理健康辅导小组活动、针对亲子问题开展的亲情关怀小组活动、回顾与小结小组活动等。在此基础上,对上述小组活动的过程和效果进行了评估。结语中,对论文内容进行归纳总结,通过对七次小组活动的效果评估,笔者认为社会工作介入寄宿生研究是切实可行的,且小组工作方法更适合介入寄宿生问题。
[Abstract]:It is an important reform for the country to carry out the "withdrawal of points and schools" in the agricultural and pastoral areas. However, some problems also appear in the course of the adjustment of the educational structure. This thesis takes the Mongolian school of Wuruzhong Banner in Bayan Nur, Inner Mongolia as the research object, through the field investigation, the combination of the interview, carries on the analysis to the school present situation, aiming at the boarding student in the life, the study, the psychology, The problem of parent-child relationship and so on, use group work method to intervene. This paper is composed of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, references and appendices. Introduction, including the research background, research purpose and significance, literature review, research ideas and research methods. In the first chapter, the geographical environment, population, economic life and the basic situation of Mongolian school, teachers and administrators, and boarding students are introduced briefly. The second chapter, by using field investigation, interview and group work, analyzes the problems of Mongolian boarding students in life, study, psychology, parent-child relationship and so on. The existing problems are summarized as monotonous boarding life, single dining hall, weak safety consciousness, low learning enthusiasm, common homework copying phenomenon, difficulties in mother tongue teaching, lack of interpersonal communication, loneliness and bad habits. Lack of emotional communication, separation of parent-child relationships, etc. In the third chapter, aiming at the existing problems of Mongolian boarding students in Wurat Middle Banner of Bayannur City, we use the group working method to intervene and organize seven group activities. According to the difference of the problem, the theme of each group activity has its own focus, that is, the new-born adaptation group activity to enhance the ability to adapt to the new environment, the rich campus life group activity and the safety education group activity to the life question, Learning group activities for academic problems, mental health counseling group activities for psychological problems, parental care group activities for parent-child problems, review and summary group activities, etc. On this basis, the process and effect of the above group activities are evaluated. In the conclusion, the author summarizes the contents of the paper, and through the evaluation of the effect of the seven group activities, the author thinks that the study of social work intervention in boarding students is feasible, and the group work method is more suitable for the intervention of boarding students.
