小组工作中的异众者研究

【摘要】：作为社会工作的三大工作方法之一的小组工作在助人方面发挥着越来越重要的作用，小组工作方法亦被运用于众多领域。然而，小组工作在发挥其积极功效的同时，其本身存在的一些缺陷和不足使小组工作难以发挥其助人的积极功能。小组工作的服务对象是小组成员，这些成员既具有同质性又具有异质性。小组工作利用成员的同质性形成小组动力，从而挖掘小组成员的潜能，促进其发展。但是，小组成员也有其异质性的一面，当小组中出现“异众者”时，小组工作就不能顺利进行下去，随之“异众者”也会出现更大的问题，从而影响其成长。本研究在武汉户部巷社区的小组工作实务的基础之上展开。在开展实务工作时，笔者发现小组中异众者有一些共同的特征，他们不愿意配合工作人员的工作，与小组其他成员关系紧张，对小组具有较大的消极影响，常阻碍小组工作的顺利进行。针对这些问题，，笔者认真观察和记录了异众者在小组中的表现，并与他们的家庭人员进行了深度访谈。通过前期的小组工作、观察与访谈，笔者针对异众者展开了进一步的研究。这些异众者虽然在一定程度上会阻碍小组工作，但我们并不能将其“问题”化，而需从优势视角看待他们，发现他们在活跃小组气氛、增强小组凝聚力等方面起到的积极作用。为了更好的帮助他们，笔者利用社会工作行动研究的方法，开展小组工作和个案工作。在开展社会工作实务介入的时候，笔者专门针对异众者的特殊问题进行方案设计，在逐步深入服务的同时不断调整方案以求达到最佳效果。通过研究和对社会工作实务介入的反思，笔者发现在面对小组中的异众者时，可以考虑从工作理念、工作方法和基于某一具体理论的介入技巧等几个方面改变实务介入的策略，从而一方面使异众者发挥其优势和进行自我改变，另一方面也使小组工作收到应有的积极效果。
[Abstract]:As one of the three working methods of social work , the work of the group plays a more and more important role in helping people , and the working methods of the group are also used in many fields . However , the work of the group has been used in many fields . However , the team members have the same heterogeneity and heterogeneity .

This study was conducted on the basis of the working practice of the team working in Wuhan Household Lane Community . In carrying out the substantive work , the author finds out that there are some common characteristics among the various groups in the group . They are unwilling to cooperate with the work of the staff , have a great negative influence on the group , and often obstruct the smooth progress of the work of the group . In the light of these problems , the author carefully observes and records the performance of the dissidents in the group , and conducts a deep interview with their family members .

In order to better help them , the author makes use of the methods of social work action research , and finds out their active role in the aspects of active group atmosphere and group cohesion . In order to help them , the author finds out that in the face of the different people in the group , the author can consider the strategy of changing the practice from the work idea , the working methods and the intervention skill based on a specific theory , so as to make the different people exert their advantages and self - change , and on the other hand , the team should receive the positive effect due to the work .
