来沪青少年自我意识研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会流动的不断加快,流动儿童数量日益增加,且呈不断上升趋势。同时流动儿童正处于社会化的重要阶段,面临着自身和环境的双重挑战。因而流动儿童的健康发展和社会融入逐渐成为政府和社会关注的焦点。基于此,本文选取来沪青少年为研究对象,主要运用质性研究方法,深度描述来沪青少年及其家庭现状,深入分析来沪青少年的自我意识现状,发现多元化因素影响下来沪青少年形成的自我意识既存在积极的意义,又面临着自我认知片面化、自我体验消极化和自我调控能力不足等问题。并探讨来沪青少年形成的这种“自我意识”对其未来生活,尤其是社会适应性方面的影响。进而从自我意识的角度思考来沪青少年群体的社会工作介入策略,以便更好地服务和管理这一群体。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social mobility in China, the number of floating children is increasing. At the same time, migrant children are in an important stage of socialization, facing the dual challenges of their own and environment. Therefore, the healthy development and social integration of migrant children gradually become the focus of government and society. Based on this, this paper selects the young people in Shanghai as the research object, mainly using qualitative research methods, describes in depth the present situation of the teenagers and their families, and deeply analyzes the present situation of self-consciousness of the young people in Shanghai. It is found that the self-consciousness formed by the youth in Shanghai under the influence of diversified factors has both positive significance and problems, such as one-sided self-cognition, negative self-experience and insufficient self-control ability. The influence of the self-consciousness on the future life, especially the social adaptability of the teenagers in Shanghai is discussed. From the perspective of self-consciousness, the social work intervention strategy of the youth group in Shanghai is considered in order to better serve and manage this group.
