地点理论下的西安市社区康体设施配置研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速发展,城市居民的生活质量不断改善,其健康意识也日益提高。居民的基本生活需求已不再局限于简单的吃饱穿暖,而是开始追求一种更为健康的生活方式。城市社区康体设施作为完整社区不可缺少的组成要素,不仅为社区居民的身体、心理健康提供服务,也有助于促进居民情感交流的地点,维系社会联系。本文以地点理论为基本研究视角,在西安市选取三类阶层化特征明显的社区:东大院社区、外院—陕师大社区、曲江中海御湖社区作为研究对象,对城市社区康体设施配置进行分析。以地点理论及其满意度概念、社区资源可接近性为评价指标,来评价社区康体设施配置的合理性,为提高不同空间生活化方式居民的生活质量和健康水平提供参考。文章首先对国内外相关研究进展进行梳理。接着,对地点理论下健康影响因子及其与社区康体设施的关系进行分析,得出物理层面、社会文化层面、心理层面三个层次社区康体设施配置指标因素。在实证研究部分,借鉴地点理论所倡导的混合研究方法,并借鉴社区资源配置的相关理念方法,综合运用空间分析、问卷调查基础下的配置差异特征分析,居民对社区康体设施的地点感满意度评价分析,居民需求分析,对城市社区康体设施的配置状况进行深入研究,为社区康体设施的合理配置提供依据。最后在以上分析结果的基础上,对当前西安社区康体设施在配置中存在的问题进行梳理。提出地点理论下社区康体设施配置的优化路径,并提出相应的对策与建议,以期对今后西安市社区康体设施配置提供一些参考和帮助。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in China, the quality of life of urban residents has been improved, and their health awareness has also been improved day by day. The basic living needs of residents are no longer confined to simple food and clothing, but the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. As an indispensable component of a complete community, urban community recreation and sports facilities not only provide services for the physical and mental health of community residents, but also help to promote the location of residents' emotional exchanges and maintain social ties. From the perspective of location theory, this paper selects three kinds of stratified communities in Xi'an: the East Courtyard Community, the Outer University-Shaanxi normal University Community, the Qujiang Zhongguoyu Lake Community as the research object. This paper analyzes the allocation of recreational and sports facilities in urban communities. Based on the concept of location theory and its satisfaction degree and the accessibility of community resources as the evaluation index, the rationality of the allocation of community recreation and sports facilities is evaluated, which provides a reference for improving the quality of life and health level of residents in different spatial ways of life. Firstly, this paper reviews the research progress at home and abroad. Then, the author analyzes the relationship between health factors and community sports facilities under the location theory, and concludes the physical level, social and cultural level, psychological level of three levels of community recreation and sports facilities allocation index factors. In the part of empirical research, we draw lessons from the mixed research methods advocated by the location theory, and draw lessons from the related concepts and methods of community resource allocation, comprehensively apply spatial analysis, and analyze the characteristics of allocation differences based on questionnaires. The evaluation of residents' satisfaction with the location of the community sports facilities, the analysis of residents' needs, and the in-depth study on the allocation of the urban community sports facilities provide the basis for the rational allocation of the community recreation and sports facilities. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis results, the problems existing in the allocation of Xi'an community recreation and sports facilities are combed. This paper puts forward the optimized route of community recreation and sports facilities allocation under the location theory, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide some reference and help for Xi'an community recreation and sports facilities allocation in the future.
