突发灾难事件中谣言的特征及破解之道

【摘要】：突发灾难事件发生前后,无不伴随着谣言的产生和传播,不同阶段谣言呈现不同特征。本文以"湖南长沙洪水""九寨沟地震"等突发灾难事件为例,将灾前、灾中、救灾、灾后四个阶段的谣言特征划定为预测性、描述性、归因性和猜疑性。深入研究这些阶段性谣言的特征,可以为以后突发灾难事件的协调处置提供参考和依据。
[Abstract]:Before and after the sudden disaster, rumors appear and spread with different characteristics in different stages. Taking the "flood in Changsha, Hunan Province" and "Jiuzhaigou earthquake" as an example, this paper classifies the rumor characteristics of pre-disaster, disaster relief, disaster relief and post-disaster as predictive, descriptive, attributive and suspicious. A thorough study of the characteristics of these periodic rumors can provide a reference and basis for the coordinated handling of sudden disasters in the future.
