时尚模特转业分流问题研究

【摘要】:随着模特业的快速发展,时尚模特成为日益庞大的群体。作为“青春职业”的从业者,时尚模特们退役后面临的转业分流问题也日益严峻。 目前,我国时尚模特转业分流主要有三个去向:就业、创业、做全职太太,此外还有一少部分模特选择寄生生活。其中就业与创业是主体。 而模特的就业与创业却存在着“正规就业率低”、“自主创业率”低、“非正规就业率”高的问题。就业结构的不合理,不仅关系到模特自身的生存与发展,而且关系到数以百万计的模特家庭的安定与幸福。因此,解决好模特们的再就业问题,对社会的和谐与稳定具有重要意义。 导致模特就业难的直接因素有“三低”,即“年龄低”、“学历低”、“人文素养低”,这使她们在日益残酷的人才市场中缺乏竞争力;而深层原因则是目前模特文化的功利主义取向。 目前的模特文化,实质上是一种以功利主义刺激为动力的消费文化,模特业的快速膨胀,在一定程度上是大型技术统治集团和大众传播媒体合谋的结果。 基于此,本文提出破解模特就业难问题的思考: 思考一----基本路径:政府加强行业规范与监管,制度化解决模特“三低”问题;模特加强自身人力资本建设,提升社会适应能力;模特经纪公司树立使用和培养并重的服务理念,为模特提供全程服务。 思考二-----根本路径:政府主导,社会参与,以人文精神改造目前占主流地位的功利主义模特文化,引导模特业回归理想。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modeling industry, fashion models have become an increasingly large group. As youth professionals, fashion models are facing a serious problem of job diversion after their retirement. At present, there are three main ways to divert fashion models in China: employment, entrepreneurship, full-time wife, and a small number of models choose parasitic life. Employment and entrepreneurship are the main body. However, there are the problems of low formal employment rate, low self-employment rate and high informal employment rate. The unreasonable structure of employment is not only related to the survival and development of the model itself, but also to the stability and happiness of millions of model families. Therefore, it is of great significance to solve the problem of re-employment for the social harmony and stability. The direct factors leading to the difficult employment of models are "three low", that is, "low age", "low education", "low humanistic literacy", which makes them lack competitiveness in the increasingly cruel talent market; The deep reason is the utilitarian orientation of model culture. The current model culture is essentially a consumption culture driven by utilitarianism and the rapid expansion of the model industry is to a certain extent the result of the collusion between the large technical ruling group and the mass media. Based on this, this paper puts forward the thinking of solving the difficult problem of model employment: First, the basic path: the government strengthens the industry regulation and supervision, systematizes solves the model "three low" question, the model strengthens own human capital construction, enhances the society adaption ability; The model agency sets up the service concept of using and training equally, provides the entire service for the model. Thinking two-fundamental path: government leading, social participation, reforming the utilitarian model culture with humanistic spirit, guiding the model industry to return to ideal.
