社会工作介入农村留守家庭隔代情感交流研究

【摘要】:随着中国社会城镇化、信息化、工业化进程加速,农村留守家庭数量继续扩大。这些农村留守家庭,除了面临着物质生活水平低的压力之外,精神需求也往往得不到满足,农村留守家庭中隔代情感交流的问题日益突出。如何解决农村留守家庭中隔代情感交流的种种问题,已成为我国社会工作领域一个十分重要的理论和实践课题。本研究首先运用问卷调查与深度访谈的方法,明确了吉安市吉州区长塘镇C村留守家庭隔代情感交流存在的问题,进而分析了存在这些问题的原因;接着,在分析了社会工作介入农村留守家庭隔代情感交流的可行性和必要性的基础上,精心策划开展了个案、小组活动,发挥社会工作者的创始者、组织者、教育者、引导者等角色,并做了结果评估;最后,通过对实务过程的总结与反思,分析了个案和小组工作介入农村留守家庭隔代情感交流的成效与不足之处,并提出了建议:社会工作者要提升活动的专业性,并寻求办法提高服务对象的参与度;要建立多元活动模式,以便提高活动的有效度;同时社会工作者的角色定位要全面,争取发挥政策倡导的重要作用。本研究表明,运用个案与小组的工作方法进行农村留守家庭隔代情感交流研究有助于提升农村留守家庭在隔代情感交流方面的认知水平和技巧,帮助农村留守家庭实现良好的隔代情感交流,营造和谐的家庭氛围,可为今后的社会工作者进行隔代情感交流进一步研究提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:As China's urbanization, information, and industrialization accelerates, the number of rural left-behind families continues to expand. These rural left-behind families, in addition to facing the pressure of low material standard of living, the spiritual needs are often not met, the problem of emotional communication between generations in rural left-behind families is increasingly prominent. How to solve the problems of intergenerational emotional communication in rural left-behind families has become a very important theoretical and practical topic in the field of social work in China. This research first uses the questionnaire survey and the depth interview method, has identified the existence question of the C village left behind family affective communication existing in Changtang Town, Ji'an District, then has analyzed the reason which these problems exist; then, On the basis of analyzing the feasibility and necessity of social work intervening in the intergenerational emotional communication of rural left-behind families, the author has carefully planned and carried out individual cases, group activities, giving play to the role of founder, organizer, educator, guide and so on of social workers. Finally, through the summary and reflection of the practical process, the paper analyzes the effectiveness and shortcomings of individual cases and group work in the intergenerational emotional communication of rural left-behind families. It also puts forward some suggestions: social workers should enhance the professionalism of their activities and seek ways to increase the participation of their clients; they should establish multi-activity models in order to enhance the effectiveness of their activities; at the same time, social workers should have a comprehensive role orientation. Strive to give play to the important role of policy advocacy. This study shows that the research on the intergenerational affective communication of rural left-behind families by case study and group work method is helpful to improve the cognitive level and skills of rural left-behind families in the aspect of intergenerational affective communication. To help rural left-behind families to achieve good intergenerational emotional exchanges and create a harmonious family atmosphere can provide reference and reference for future social workers to carry out further research on intergenerational emotional communication.
