公民网络抗争动员的演化过程及其内在机理——基于近年来典型网络抗争性行动为例的经验研究

【摘要】：公民网络抗争动员在各方行动者、媒介互动和利益博弈互动中呈现出复杂的舆情扩散逻辑。全面把握和洞悉公民网络抗争动员的博弈演化过程,关键要遵循抗争行动本身的内在规律,探究和挖掘舆情扩散的关联因素和变量条件。契合近年来典型性网络抗争性行动案例分析,从宏观、中观和微观相结合的综合视角,遵循"诱发、扩展、深入、消弭"的舆情演化生命周期,从抗争政治机会结构生成与诱发性导火索、情感抗争共意动员与非利益关联者加盟、议题框架建构深化与多方力量互动博弈、多方积极关注应对与舆情热度转移等维度,全面系统解析公民网络抗争动员生成的演化机理与制约性条件。
[Abstract]:Citizen network protest mobilization presents complicated logic of public opinion diffusion in the interaction of actors, media and interest game. In order to fully understand the game evolution process of civil network resistance mobilization, the key is to follow the inherent law of the protest action itself, and to explore and excavate the relative factors and variable conditions of the diffusion of public opinion. In line with the typical network protest case analysis in recent years, from the macro, meso and micro integrated perspective, follow the "induce, expand, deepen, eliminate" public opinion evolution life cycle, From the structure of resistance political opportunity formation and induced fuse, emotional protest mobilization and non-stakeholders join, the framework of the issue of deepening and multi-power interactive game, multi-active attention to the response and public opinion heat transfer dimensions, and so on. The evolution mechanism and constraint conditions of civil network mobilization are analyzed in a comprehensive and systematic way.
